It was almost dawn, in a few hours the day light would slip in side the room. Listening to your steady breaths, he stared at you. You whom was peacefully sleeping in his arms, having up from your collar exposed, his love bites can be seen causing a bitter smile on his lips.
He didn't know how long he's been staring at you but if there was one thing for sure is that he have been staring at you most of his life.
He first met you when you were both five. He remember wandering around the capital of Inazuma with his father, his sister yet to be born.
"Pardon my presence but that tree is long dead"
He spoke as he stood right beside
Just like him, you were wearing a small kimono, your (hair color) iris tied into a low bun as you hold into your hand clasping at each other.
He expected you to cry, after all it was such a beautiful sakura tree but it was dying. A normal child would have cried to hear such thing, but he was mature for his age, so rather than crying about it, he is the type of child to know such thing and said the truth.
"It is indeed dying"
you spoke in your child like voice, never once taking away your eyes at the dying sakura tree
"Are you sad?"
you asked, never once looking away from the tree
"You could say that, sakura blossoms were a beautiful tree"
"I see"
And there he watch you eyes widening as you silently make your way towards the tree, holding up a hand to touch its trunk
Just like that, as a harsh wind breeze passed by, he blink as the dying sakura blossoms is now back to life, its leaves immediately growing back
"You-"
"You shouldn't be sad anymore"
you walk into his direction
for the first time, a pair of (eye color) iris met with a pair of purple one
Catching a sakura blossom with your tiny hand, you continue to talk towards him
"here"
You hold out your hand and he just stare at it
