You looked around the small cafe and waited for your friend Naoto, to come.

You got your phone as a notification popped up saying.

You suddenly remembered the cake you ordered as you got up and dialed Naoto's number, you got out of the cafe and you ran towards the bakery, it didn't take long for Naoto to pick it up.

"Oh, Y/n I was about to go to the cafe."
he spoke, "Naoto change of plans, go to our usual place, I'll be there in 10 minutes." you said as he just hummed. "Alright then I'll be waiting," he spoke as you smiled and hung up.

Naoto was at the bench waiting as he played with his fingers, he hums as a bird came and stood next to him, Naoto smiled looking at it. He hums as he soon hears a bike's engine, his smile widened as he knew it was yours. The engine noise soon stopped as he looked behind to see you.

You got off your bike and smiled at him.

"Hi, Naoto!"
you spoke as he smiled patting your head, you softly blushed as you cleared your throat and smiled. "Uhm, for you, it's nothing special but here," you spoke as you gave him the strawberry cheesecake and a little box containing his gift. He gladly received it.

"Thank you,"
he spoke softly blushing also, you smiled. He placed the cake down on the bench as he opened the box, he smiled as he saw what was inside. It was a matching bracelet that had both of your initials. He looks up at you as he smiles softly.

"Thank you for his,"
he spoke as you held his hand. "And Naoto, there is one last give I have to give you."

He looks at you as he slightly tilted his head.

You took a deep breath and looked at him.

"I love you,"
you spoke as you held his hand tight and closed your eyes. Naoto looked at you for a second before he pulls you close to him and engulfs you in a hug, you yelped and looked at him.

"Thank you, for making this birthday memorable,"
he mumbled as you smiled hugging back. He breaks the hug and smiles. "I love you too, Y/n."
