Dean quickly moved down castiel a body, to his legs and slowly slid down his pants. He could see his growing erection through his boxers.
"Cmon Dean I need you" castiel groaned.

He untied castiels tie and took both hands and tied them above his head.

Cas began breathing harder, and Dean placed his mouth on the tip and sucked off a little pre-cum. He swirled his tongue around and castiel moaned deeply. Dean took castiels whole length in his mouth and sucked the end each time he came up.

Dean sucked harder and pulled away just as Cas came, over the sheets.
