Nevada's POV
My whole life been filled with pain both physical and emotional. My mother died, and my father wasn't around. Because he wasn't around I was forced to stay with my grandmother who hates my soul. In elementary school I was that person that nobody liked and that everyone picked on. When I was in the third grade I meet Jordan, she was the first person that was ever nice to me, and I wanted our friendship to last forever. In between me getting beat by my grandmother and me getting raped by my brother, other than Jordan and my two sisters ,Nikki and Nicole, I found no happiness! Jordan and I where best friends all the way until we were in the 8th grade. When we were in the 8th, Jordan found out that she had cancer and not long after that she died. I was lost and had no one but my sister Nikki. Nicole ran away because she was tired of how she was being treated by our grandmother. Not long after she ran away I meet Taliyah who's still my best friend until this very day!!
