"We found our person." Cypher says into his microphone. " She's heading towards a district named Castello. Chamber? Think you can lead the way?"
"Oui. (Yes in French)" Chamber replies.
The 3 scouts start making their ways towards the district.
" I think she will be a good addition to the Valorant protocol. Her powers are very interesting." Sova adds.
The other two just nod their heads in agreement and keep walking. After they manage to get a car and enter the district they immediately start to track her until Chamber suggests they go get something to eat.
After a lot of arguing and stomachs growling, they decide on the nearest coffee shop but little do they know, they might just find what they're looking for.
Sova orders a muffin , Chamber orders an espresso, and Cypher orders a hot chocolate. As they sit and enjoy their food they notice a woman walk in. She has short black hair and a sweater with sweatpants on. She's holding on tightly to her bag and as she goes up to order chamber notices something on her hand. A radiant mark.
"Boys, I think I found what we're looking for." Chamber grins. They sit back and keep an eye on her not making it too obvious.
" Ill just take a coffee, thank you."
I take a seat near the table and start to look at my hand. I wonder what a clock means. I know I can stop time? I'm not sure how but I can.
" Order for Zara!" The worker yells out.
I grab my coffee and leave. Castello is one of the places kingdom hasn't invaded yet. I think about my mom from time to time. She was right but did she have to kick me out? I wonder how Gabe is doing. I start to get lost in thought until someone approaches me.
"We meet again, Zara." Cypher grins
I look up terrified. How'd they find me here? Both of them? No. There's three this time. I grab my bag and get up.
" Do I know you?"
"Yes you do." Sova says.
"I'll be on my way now, thank you."
[Zara/ You]
I start running as fast as I can until a bunch of sticky stuff is on the floor slowing me down. It looks like it came out of that little robot. I manage to get out but one of the men from the cafe is here. This one looks different. He grabs my hand and leads me to a small alley. I'm shaking and wondering what's going on. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
"Who are you? Why are you guys after me?"
"I am Chamber but you can call me, Vincent." Chamber smirks
"Me and those other fellows are from a protocol called valorant. We are against kingdom, and we don't kill radiants. We use them to fight kingdom from taking radianite from earth."
"What do you want from me? And will you please let go of my arm? It's kind of starting to.. hurt"
"My apologies, mademoiselle. We want to recruit you. You cant really say no because you don't have a choice." Chamber grins before knocking me out.
