Yoko gave suguru a hard time. She was constantly jumping around and hiding from him, unexpectedly being good at it while the powerful man himself was getting frustrated and flustered as he thought that he would probably catch the girl quickly.

"cOME OUT COME OUT WHEREVER YOU ARE YOU MONKEY-" suguru shouted.

nO. Yoko thought as she hides behind a big rock. How do i get out of here? She tried to think of a way as her eyes roamed around the place she's in now. Which was very dark, and just filled with random stones littering around. She saw some room filled with skeletons as well earlier, so that's not a good sign.

What's more bad about the situation is that she can't communicate with Inaba as mahito placed a seal on her, to top it off, her cursed energy doesn't seem to work when Inaba is 'off', so she's now a powerless little girl who can see curses.

Yoko sighed in her mind, if only i have my own powers or is as strong as maki or even toji.

"I've found you~" suguru sang and grabbed yoko by the neck, lifting her up roughly, making her cough, and his fingers digs into her, red dots seeping out.

He sneered, "you're useless without Inaba, huh? Your powers that looks like hers are actually her letting you borrowing it too...so, after i extract your friend, you'll be totally useless."

Yoko scowled at him but struggled to keep her eyes open as her breath was getting cut off, and her supply of oxygen were becoming non-existent.

As her eyes closed, suguru pulled out Inaba's final hairpin, and the fox spirit wad out in her more human looking form, scowling at him as the man dropped yoko down harshly to grab the curse instead.

Inaba knew she was powerless as of now. She's not like sukuna, she have gotten weak and it needs time to build up her full cursed energy again after years and years of her powers being separated. She knew she was done for.

"Hey man, can i have some last words?"
Inaba looked at suguru who gave a small grin before he shrugged.

"If you wanna kill me, you let the kid go. Get her away from this place, alive. If you don't do that, i won't co-operate." Inaba rasped out, she can stall some time and chant some spell to transfer yoko out of here.

"And what makes you think I'll agree?"

Inaba said something under her breath and a mark showed up on suguru's wrist, "ah..this is a curse mark." With that curse mark, suguru was forced to do what Inaba wanted, if he decides to kill her, he will transfer yoko out of here alive whether he liked it or not. She could ask for more, she could make a curse mark for suguru to not kill her and let both of her go, and so on, but her cursed energy was not enough.

Sure she knew illusionary spells and these other spells, but it took a lot of toll on her cursed energy. With her being in one whole form also take time for her to regain her energy, and thus she can only make that one wish, if she dies, yoko would be out of here alive.

Suguru shrugged, "then again, it's fair i suppose. One dies and one is alive." He smirked, "all right then, let's start, shall we?"

Inaba gave him a disgusted look, i hate men. She then slipped off one of her hairpins on her hair and into yoko's hair.

Yoko woke up with a start, her breath ragged and she hissed when the sun stared right into her eyes. Looking around her, she saw nothing but a cave which is the one she's in, tons of trees, and it just looked like she's in the wild somewhere in the world.
