Candle flicker,
The soft shadows on your face,
Waiting at the cocktail bar,
Soft talking all around me.The time is standing still,
Just for us my dear.
Tomorrow it will rush again,
So let's stay the night my dear. It's cold outside,
But in here it's comfy,
The freezing glass in one hand,
Your warm palm in the other.Tonight we are immortal,
Like we wished for us my dear,
Tomorrow we could die again,
So let's live this night my dear._______________________________

I haven't edited it yet and I don't think I ever will do, so ye.
Named after the drink I had that evening (except I had the version without alcohol)

PoetryEvery since I learned how to express myself using stylistic devices (?) I've been writing poetry, and some my poems I publish here. Some might be better, some might be worse, but each of them carries a piece of my mind.
