Another one she follows from the rooftops above the harbor.
Though the reason she's up here following a foreign man is a task that she can hardly decipher it's importance.
Especially if the task is requested personally by someone for it to be the most urgent of everything in the list given to her.
Said list of tasks, seems to be never-ending for the blue-haired secretary but her substitute for the last few years have managed them in just over half a day whenever they commission her to come in place of the general secretary.

.
.Ganyu—the general secretary for the Qixing—sought her out earlier before she returned to the mountains once more for a much-needed break.
Serving Rex Lapis for 3,000 years, she definitely needed one to at least freshen her up every now and then.
As per usual, she left her daily tasks to one of the Tianquan's personal secretaries floating above.
Though it was a bit odd that Ganyu herself sought her out, she thought.
"Good morning Ms. Ming, glad you could make it. I presume you've just come down after reading the files I've left you, yes?" Ganyu greeted her with her usual gentle demeanor and clasped hands in front of her.
"Yes." The one who's substituting, rather, Ms. Ming, muttered.
"Great then! However..." She paused and bowed her head slightly. " I hope you won't mind me giving you a few more.. important tasks..."
A beat of silence passed by before she replied to the Adeptus, "I won't mind Ms. Ganyu. Please, do state the tasks you have for me." The elven maiden spoke and gave her a small curtsy in respect.

.She sighed and dropped down just behind them—a fellow outlander—who doesn't seem too phased by the sudden appearance of the (infamous) white-haired secretary
A Fatuus...
She stared at the symbol on his front while she bent, showing respect—her usual greeting regardless of status or affiliation.
"A pleasant day to you sir, I'm Ms. Ming on behalf of the Liyue Qixing and the ministry of civil affairs. I'm here to collect some files under the name of Northland bank and thus I was directed to you— the branch manager."
"Ah yes, though you're mistaken." He said. Quite... Kindly too, unlike the... Others; she wonders. "I'm only a temporary one. I no longer have the files and am making my way to sailing back to my homeland." The man finished with a sweet smile.
Hiemmie only stared at him till she replied.
"... I see. If it's not much of a request, who do I need to look for? As far as I am aware, you sir, are assigned as the branch manager of Northland bank." She stated as a matter of fact.
"Well, in that case, go to northland bank and ask around for Lord Tartaglia, he'll—" he was cut off by a familiar voice of a certain young lord.
"Mie, Mie! I've been looking everywhere, seriously!— oh.. apologies. Do continue…" The young master then bowed and Hiemmie only turned back to the Snezhnayan man who was abruptly cut off.
"... As I was saying, he'll surely be there. Ginger hair and blue eyes, quite hard to not see here at the harbor." The man then finished and walked away as soon as Hiemmie expressed her gratitude.
She turned towards her master and his friend, both blue yet mirroring each other when together. Though her master— or rather Xingqui came running towards her, in which she remained still while he held both of her cold hands.
