"You think Dumbledore and McGonagall have snogged?" Draco asks before taking a sip of the fire whiskey in his hand. The five of us are sitting in one of the rooms at the Malfoy Manor, having drinks and talking as if nothing is happening in our lives. This is wrong; we have too much going on in our lives.
"Oh please, he goes the other way," Iris smirked, and a smile grew on my lips as she said it. We have had that theory since we came to Hogwarts six years ago. We have never shared it with anyone; it's been our thing, but I am sure some people would agree.
"How come you think so, Davis?" Mattheo jumps into the conversation. It feels weird to have him here, especially since he is nice to my friends. I, however, have tried to stay away from him since I know what happened the last time the two of us got close. We still haven't really discussed the thing that will never happen again. The mistake.
"I mean, everyone has an aura. And honestly, I can't see him with a woman. No hate, though. I am sure that man knows what he's doing. With his age and dominance." I lay my head in her lap as she played with my dark hair, my favourite thing to do when we have times like this. Just be us.
"I am sure Potter knows more about that." Draco grins for himself as he winks at the girl I have my head on. Never ever will I get used to the two of them flirting, especially not when it is about sex.
"Don't look like that. We all know what you have been doing, Miss Black. You are far from innocent here," Draco says as a joke, but I freeze in my position while looking over at Theo and Mattheo, who are not participating in this conversation. Could he not keep his mouth shut for once.
"Well, I feel like going to bed. Anyone else?" Iris has her eyes on Draco, who immediately grabs her hand. What they will be doing together is nothing I want to imagine, but I can tell it is something, not sleep.
"God, I have to get used to the two of you. Dirty pigs." Draco only smirked before leading the blonde girl, my best friend, away from the room.
"Never thought that would happen," Theo says from his couch, and I can't help but feel Mattheos gaze on me.
"I am glad they are happy," I smile faintly, playing with my fingers. My two comfort people left the room, meaning I was left alone with my companion, who I just happened to fuck before my coma, and my ex-boyfriend.
"That's only because you are too nice, Rosie." Mattheo snorts, and our gazes meet. I gulp, feeling the butterflies that should be illegal in my body. What is happening to me?
"Trust me, you haven't seen my bad side." A smirk walks over my lips as I feel proud of my comeback, but I feel Theo looking between us, even though I can not let go of my gaze on the other boy.
"Is that a threat or a promise?" Riddle smirks at me, and I roll my eyes playfully.
"Take it however you want." That's it for him. I noticed Theo standing up quicker than ever before, and if I had done that, I would have fainted with dizziness.
"I should leave," he mumbles before walking away, and guilt takes over my playful side. I should not have acted that way, especially when only the three of us were in the room. It was horrible.
"Looks like loverboy is jealous," my eyes are on the empty corridor, and I try to ignore him. Being alone with him in a room was not my goal for the night, and it should not be happening either. I need to get away from here.
"Dont ignore me, Rosie." He walks over to me, standing right before me, and my heartbeat accelerates.
"You have to stop this, Mattheo." I feel his warm breath at the back of my neck as he sits beside me.
