♥Chapter 1 ♥

'Y/n", you rolled around in your futon. " 5 more minutes, please," you felt a rough shake and then a voice boomed " Y/N!" You sprung up, panicked" Y/N, do you know what time it is? Lord Ubuyashiki has called for you." You slowly blinked your eyes awake and looked up to see Lady Shinbou giving you a scary yet friendly smile, you could tell she was angry. " I am so sorry, Lady Shinbou, I will get dress right away!" You firmly apologize and scurry off to get dressed. " She is just like Misturi, kind yet forgetful" Lady Shinbou muttered. You quickly got dressed, wearing your Demon Slayer uniform and your pink to green faded haori, you made your way down the hallway of the Butterfly Mansion, passing by Genya. " Good morning, Genya!" you smile, Genya turns around " Morning to you as well, where are you off to?" he ask, "Lord Ubuyashiki  has called for me" you reply, " Well hurry then, it's rude to keep Master waiting." "You are right, goodbye then, Genya!" You wave him off and scurry to the Main Estate, when you finally make it, Lord Ubuyashiki is already waiting for you, " Good morning,  Y/n" he says, " Good morning, Master Ubuyashiki, how are you feeling today?" you ask, kneeling on the ground." Raise your head, my child. I am wonderful, thank you for asking." He motions his hand for you to come closer, you obey, " I have something important that I need to discuss with you." He places his hand on your head" I have a mission for you, it is one that only I trust you with. You are very kind and skillful, just like Misturi." You look up at him, waiting for what your mission is, " I need you to protect a new Demon Slayer Corp Member, His name is Tanjiro, Kamado and he has a demon sister named, Nezuko Kamado." " May I say something, Master?" You ask kindly. " Of course, go ahead." " Aren't demons not aloud to become Corp. members?" " Yes, that is true, but their situation is different." Lord Ubuyashiki smiled. " Will you accept this mission?" he asks" I will, Master, it is a honor to be given this mission." You smile. Your crow flys around you and lands on your shoulder," Y/n L/n, Your mission starts tomorrow." A smile stretches across your face. " I am ready!"
