It was at that moment you realized Theo betrayed you and the pack, attempting to sacrifice you to the Dread Doctors. He has been secretly working for them or maybe they were working for him, but he kept it from Scott, in attempt to get closer to him.
Stiles knew all along that Theo couldn't be trusted, but you and Scott wanted to give him a chance since he made a lot of effort to be apart of Scott's pack, but in reality it was all an act.
An act to get closer to Scott and steal his power.
