It was about an hour or so later and I felt that it was close to the end of NapTime.
Now it was just the task to wake up the kids, and sun.
"Sunny?" I asked the sun that leaned on my shoulder.
"Hm..?" Sunny said drowsy.
"It's almost time to end NapTime..." I said nervously trying to keep my voice down.
"Ah, okay." Sunny replied as he sees my predicament.
"Would you like some help getting them off?" He asked with a smile that I could tell was holding back laughter.
"Yes please." I said embarrassed.
He got up and slowly picked the children off of me.
I stood up and looked down a small bit to see sun holding one of the smaller kids.
"Would you like me to get the lights?" I asked As sun at the moment had his hands full.
"Ah yes that would be great!" He said brightly.
I nodded and walked over to the security desk.
I waited a little until I heard some of the children.
I tried to turn on the lights, it didn't do.. anything...
"Uh-" I was confused, so I tried it again.
I walked over to sun and he looked confused.
"The lights won't turn on?" I said.
"Ah- the building must be having a short circuit." Sun said.
"That makes sense..." I said.
"Okay kids, the lights will be out for a little while, we need to wait for someone to fix the lights okay?"
"Okay..." Some of the kids seemed worried but others seemed to not mind it.
One of the kids ran over to me and tugged on the ruffle of my pants.
"Yes?" I asked as I crouched down to the child's level.
"Once the lights are on, will you leave?" The kid asked almost sad.
"I'll try my best to stay out as long as I can okay little one?" I said.
"Yay!" The kid giggled.
"Okay everyone who wants a snack?" Sun asked the children.
Almost all of them yelled 'me'.
"Alright follow me!" He beamed as he lead the kids to the small room.
Some of the kids stayed behind with me.
It was rather easy to see what was going on around me.
I realized one of the kids that stayed was like staring me down.
"Do you need something?" I asked.
————- Narrator POV: ————-
You tilted your head slightly to the side.
You kept your stare till moon looked uncomfortable.
This was a common thing you did to mess with new animatronics that you meet, or just the animatronics in general.
You where often in the daycare because your parents where out a lot so you where somewhat confused on why they had a new animatronic.
You finally blinked after a few minutes.
"Hi, my name is Y/N" you said as your walked over to the robot.
Moon was confused.
"We'll then, hello Y/N." Moon said trying to understand why you stared at him for like 3 minutes straight.
You sat down next to him and found that the dark glow of his eyes was tiring.
You could almost doze off.
The other kids that stayed started to walk over.
"Hey moon do you wanna play with us?" One of the little boys asked.
"Sure." Moon said trying not to turn them down.
You jump up. "Can I play too?" You ask.
"Yeah!" The kids replied.
~~~~~~~~later on. Moon POV:~~~~~~~~
I was sitting down next to one of the play structures as I watched sun play in the ballpit with the children.
Dun~
~The lights turn on abruptly~
"Ack-" I yelled as the bright light hurt my ocular sensors.
"Moon are you okay?" Sun asked as I realized he was right in front of me.
"Uh-yeah just got surprised by the light" I said my face somewhat flushed from embarrassment.
"Ah, okay. Would you like me to get you something to-" I cut him off. "No it's fine I'll just stay here."
"Okay, just tell me if you need anything." He said.
"I will thanks." I replied.
He left and went back over to the kids.
