Jane Doe POV
It had been a month I had been in here in total, I had only been awake for two weeks. Unconscious for another two. My baby had been growing at the proper rate. There had been no family members in to claim me and the doctors had no advances in finding out who I was. All the hospitals in this area of Scotland had no MND patients still living from the past 10 years meaning either I was dead or wasn't treated for my disease. I hugged my baby bump as I rolled over trying to get comfortable as I read my book, Emma by Jane Austen for the 3rd time this week.

Louis POV
A month. It had been a month that I have lived without her. I can hear what your thinking right now 'but Louis you lived twenty something years without her'. I don't even call my life before her living anymore. She was my everything. Her being my everything was a terrible thing to be thinking as I drove to Doncaster to see my Mum. The police had promised that if they heard any news they would call me immediately. It hadn't really put my mind at rest but it was good enough for me to take a short drive to Mum's house. God knows I need the company right now. She stood at the door waiting for me, something she usually didn't do but right now with her future daughter-in-law and grandchild missing she needed to know that all hope was not lost. She ran to the car as soon as I pulled into the driveway in nervous anticipation. When I came out she embraced me in a hug and called for my sisters
"It's all gonna be okay Louis" she whispered into my ear I could hear the tears that were rolling down her cheeks. It only seemed right to add my own. Suddenly my phone rings and I grab for it. The police. I answer hastily.
"Hello?"
"Mr Tomlinson we need to discuss where you were when your fiancee went missing and any payments made that week" he says and I stand up straight in shock
"What? Why?!"
"Because with holding evidence is against the law sir" he says
"WHAT THE HELL DID I WITH HOLD I TOLD YOU EVERYTHING!" I roar
"Except you forgot to mention your fiancees terminal illness" he says and I freeze
"You forgot to mention that your fiancee had MND. Meaning that she is quite possibly in hospital after having another collapse" he says and I drop my phone.
Terminal Illness.
The fainting.
Another collapse?
What the fuck was MND?!

Harry's POV
Louis's Mum had called us to say that the police had discovered that Kamryn had a terminal illness. Meaning she would die from this sickness we didn't even know she had. She had called Kamryn's hospital and they told them that she was in the 3rd stage of Meridian Neurological Disease. Meaning she was up to the stage where she would faint more often due to her brain failing for a couple of seconds enough to screw her entire body up. She would also loose memory and find herself doing random things with no reason. Meaning she could be anywhere in the entire world with no memory of who she is or where she's from. We were officially going to take this search world wide. Louis was distort that she didn't tell him. But everything clicked in my mind. Why she was on a critical list or whatever it was called when I phoned the hospital from Karma's birthday. She definitely wasn't in the hospital she had been formerly admitted to. Which made us think that maybe she wasn't in London anymore. That thought upset Louis even more. But not as much as considering that she could be in a gutter somewhere with no clue what she's doing there or who she is. What worried me the most was that she could be becoming a different person. My thoughts were focused on this: what if she was awake in a hospital right under our noses without her memory wondering where the fuck the person who knocked her up was, where her family is. What if we find her and she resents us for not doing it sooner. What if she becomes a whole different person and doesn't want to be with us or with Louis? We needed to find her and fast.
