The twins quirk are the same as izuku and Momo creative strength enhancement. Another year later momo got pregnant again and had a girl name Amanda she was quirkless and luckily for her she had a loving father who told her the same thing all might told her and showed her that he's the #1 hero and gave her his quirk.
