Request-I was wondering what you thought the after care would be for the chapter Needed Pain?
Warnings-Spoiler for Season 3b and emotional shit

Derek properly cleaned and patched up the scratches on Stiles's body.Stiles flinched at the burning of the disinfectant.
"Sorry."Derek sighed
"It's ok."Stiles assured
Derek put the disinfectant on the bed side table and then examined the bruises on Stiles's neck.
"They don't really hurt."Stiles informed
Derek raised an eyebrow indicating that he didn't believe him.
"It's only when I touch them."Stiles explained
"You should ice them anyway."Derek told
"I'll do it in the morning."Stiles replied
Derek adjusted Stiles's pillow to better support his neck.
"Are you sure you're ok?"Derek asked "I might have been a little to rough."
"I'm ok."Stiles smiled "You were perfect."
Stiles laid down slowly slightly wincing.Derek laid beside him gently massaging his back.Derek could hear Stiles slightly sniffling.
"What's wrong?"Derek questioned
Stiles rolled over to face Derek,and Derek used his thumb to wipe Stiles's tears away.
"What's wrong?"Derek repeated
"All I can think about lately is how it's my fault." Stiles replied "Alison and Aiden are dead because of me....I hurt you and Scott.....it's all my fault."
Stiles began sobbing and Derek cupped his face.
"It's ok."Derek assured "It's not your fault, nothing that happened was your fault."
Stiles nodded even though he didn't believe a work Derek was saying.Derek lightly kissed Stiles's forehead,and Stiles buried his head in Derek's chest.
"It's alright pup."Derek comforted "I'm right here."
He rubbed Stiles's back and kissed the top of Stiles's head.
"Thanks Der." Stiles mumbled
"Anytime Stiles."Derek replied
Derek carefully turned to turn the light off but didn't disturb Stiles.He rolled back over and wrapped his arms around Stiles in both a comforting and protective manner.Stiles snuggled even closer.
"I love you." Stiles whispered
"I love you too."Derek smiled
