"Who's left then?" Fiery asks again. This is why the rules were listed. He is the goldfish.
"Flower and Snowball." Tennis ball notes. My heart rate quickens. I have no alibi.
"So Flowers' the killer then! Let's vote!" Snowshit shouts.
"Snowball is..."
(If he is innocent and we die, it'll be my fault.)
"....the murderer. Snowball will be executed."
[He takes a tired breath and is blissfully unaware of the trap below him, dropping him to his death. A sickening crunch is barely heard as his spine breaks. He takes his final breath and finally dies, horrifying everyone in the trial room.]
This only happened today. We've only been here a day. Maybe I can't save us.
Maybe.

<Flower's cottage>
[Flower groans and pulls the sheets over her ears as the familiar monotonous voice of the announcer wakes up everyone.]
[For a moment, she forgets about the two gruesome deaths she'd witnessed the day before, but it all rushes back as she allows the light of the sun to hit her face.]
[She grimaces as she gets out of bed, looking through her closet and pulling out an identical outfit like the one she wore the day before. It was that or a nightgown.]
[She brushes her teeth and showers before going to leave, but she pauses to check if anyone was waiting for her.]
[Only Ruby.]
[Flower yawns tiredly and opens the door to her cottage.]
<Island 1>
Another day another slay- that... sounds wrong...
"Two trucks having se- oh hey flower!" Ruby smiles as if nothing happened yesterday.
"Hey." I don't know what else to say. Also, what was she saying about trucks?
"Come on we should go like- eat now!" Ruby drags me to breakfast- well, I actually just follow her as she pulls, since I don't feel like resisting right now.
<The Cafeteria>
We make it to breakfast and I see Dora looking frustrated as she stares down at her plate of cereal. She looked a bit lonely, but so did Ruby who, other than me, had nobody to talk to since Bubble (her only other friend here) died.
Who should I choose? I might get to know Dora better if we're alone, but Ruby could die and Dora could kill me then.

I don't know what possesses me to go with Dora, but I'm doing it away.
I sigh and open my mouth to speak.
"I might hang out with Dora today." Ruby looks at me with a slightly scared look, but changes it quickly.
"Can I come?" She asks- well, she'd probably just stalk me if I refused, so it's more of "I will come."
