Willow woke up the next morning and got ready for the day. She walked out of her room and headed to the dining hall. Her parents were sitting at the table.
"Good morning, Willow." "Morning, sweet pea." David and Snow greeted her.
"Morning." Willow said as she sat down at the table. She was starving since she didn't eat dinner last night.
"How are you this morning?" David asked.
"I'm ok." Willow answered. "I'm surprised neither of you came to my room last night after I stormed out."
"We were trying to give you space and time to think." David said.
"I haven't changed my mind." Willow said.
"Willow." Snow started.
"Either we all use the magic bean or not at all." Willow said.
"We can't leave the kingdom when they need us during this time." David said.
"Then, I'm staying as well." Willow said. "This is my kingdom too."
"We're trying to give you your best chance." Snow said.
"I would rather be with you guys in the curse than be alone." Willow said.
"Willow Elora Charming! That's enough!" David said. "This isn't up for debate. You are going through that portal, tonight."
Just like last evening, Willow stormed to her room. Snow sighed.
"David, are we doing the right thing?" Snow asked.
"We have to protect our daughter." David said.
"But, she's so unhappy." Snow said.
"Deep down she's knows that we're doing the right thing." David said. "I will not give the Evil Queen the satisfaction of cursing either of our daughters." Snow sighed, again.
Willow was in her room, sulking. To anybody else, they would think that her parents were cruel to her, but that wasn't the case. She knew they loved her and cared about her. They were just a little overprotective. She knew that they were only trying to save her, but she couldn't imagine ever being without her parents. A few tears rolled down her face.
That evening, there was a knock on Willow's door. "Willow, are you ready?" She heard her mother ask.
Willow opened the door. "No, but I guess I don't have a choice." She said as she walked past her mother. Willow and her parents walked out to an open field.
"We love you so much, sweetheart." Snow said. They both tried to hug her, but Willow pulled away.
"Ready?" David asked. Willow didn't say anything. David sighed and dropped the bean, opening up a portal.
"We love you!" David and Snow called over the noise.
"I hate you!" Willow said. "I hope I never see either of you again!" She then jumped through the portal.
Willow came through the other side and landed on the ground. She looked around at her surroundings. She was in a jungle, but it was darker here than in the Enchanted Forest. She had no idea where she was. Willow stood up and started walking.
After a little bit, she heard a noise. She immediately stopped and took caution. She grabbed a rock to use as a weapon. Just then, a boy appeared. He looked to be about her age. He had blonde hair and green clothing.
"Who are you?" Willow asked.
"I could ask you the same question." The boy said. "Might I inquire how you got here?"
"A magic bean." Willow answered.
"Interesting." The boy said. "And what is the reasoning for you using the magic bean?"
"I don't believe that that is any of your business." Willow replied.
"Very well." The boy said. "May I offer you to follow me back to my camp?"
"No thank you." Willow said.
"I'd advise you to take the offer." The boy said. "This jungle can dangerous on your own, especially when you're unfamiliar with it."
"I think I'll be ok." Willow said.
"Suit yourself." The boy said. "But remember, I did warn you." He then walked away and Willow was left on her own.
