Even the devil was an angle once

Chapter 1

JESSICA

     I had just finished my shift at the cafe I work at and I was walking back home. It's only a 20 minute walk and plus I enjoy having a walk after a stressful day at work.
     I got to my apartment building and when I went in, I felt as if something was... off? I took the elevator up to the 4th floor, since thats where my apartment is, I got in and still I couldn't shake the feeling like something was going to happen.
     As soon as I started undressing myself to take a shower I heard a knock on the door. I put on a bath robe and went to open the door.
As soon as i did and i saw that there were 3 men standing right outside of it and i froze. I started to regret my decision not to look trough the peek hole in my door.
     "C-c-can i help you gentleman with s-something?" I stuttered.
     "Are you miss Jessica Williams?" One of the 3 men asked me.
     How do they know my name? What do they want from me?
     "Y-y-yes" it came out more of a whispers stutter rather then what I intended.
     " you need to come with us" men 2 said.
     "What, why? I didn't do anything." I was so confused at this point that I didn't know what to say.
     "All we're allowed to say is that you need to come with us. With our own free will or not." Man 1 said in his deep dry voice.
     "W-well I don't know you people so I'm sorry i will on be coming, unless you have some sort of badge to show me then you can be on your ways please." I said with a tone that i was quite happy with. A few seconds passed and they didn't say or do anything so I started to close the door, but before i could, one of the men put his foot in the doorway and stopped me from closing it.
     "Excuse me, I don't think i was clear. You are to come with us whether you like it or not." He practically growled the last part.
     Before i could protest they came in and knocked me out.
