Em and savannah, run out to where everyone else was dancing. "What took you so long?" Aidan says coming over from the food. "Nothing" I don't think me kissing her needs to be spread. I mean we're not even a thing and she might not even want to be a thing. I just wish I had someone to talk to . "Jackson, are you ok? do you need to talk?{" Aidan looks at me, a mix of worry and kindness " Yeah .. Yeah I really do need to talk" He nods his head for me to follow him " Hey Samantha can we use your room me and Jackson need to talk" she looks at us walking away from the pool "Yeah of course, let me show you where it is " she wraps herself in a towel . We follow her upstairs "Just lock the door after your done talking" she hands Aidan the key smiles and walks away , he unlocks the door and we walk in "so what's bothering you " he sits on the bed and I sit in the desk chair " Me and Em kissed" I blurt out without thinking putting my head in my hands " you what" I look up at him , his voice was calm but his face was a mix of emotions Happy , shocked , protective " ok so this guy came up to her and grabbed her she said to let her go but he didn't , he kept dragging her by the wrist saying that he just wanted to dance she said no then I stepped in and told him to let her go , he just looked at me and asked if I was her boyfriend I said yes and told him to let her go again , he didn't and kept dragging her so I grabbed his arm took his hand off her wrist looking at it , which you saw it how bright red it was , I got mad and told him to leave and then took her into the kitchen to put ice on her wrist , she was crying that's how bad he scared her man , and then we hugged Liam came in and saw us hugging thought he was interrupting something , after he left us alone she bursts into laughter cause I looked so serious , and then I'm just standing there smiling staring at her and then it just happened" I don't tell him about how I called her beautiful I just think that's like a private thing " Ok and what's the problem" he says looking confused "I don't know if it meant anything to her like I know it meant something to me but what if she doesn't feel the same what if it meant nothing" I look down not being able to look at him " well I think you need to talk to her about it like ask her if she feels the same" I look back up at him , he looks completely calm "ok" I get up and open the door "ok well I'm gonna give Samantha her room key " he walks out of the room, locking the door behind him. "ok I'll go talk to Em" I say walking down the stairs and going off to find her .

I walk outside and spot her on the dance floor with Savannah and her other friends , what if she rejects me what if it meant nothing JACKSON CHILL JUST TALK TO HER . I start to walk over to her squeezing through the crowd of people "hey Em can I talk to you for a little bit" her friends stop dancing looking at me in shock , she looks at me then looks at them as if asking for their permission they shake their heads yes and we walk off onto the lawn "so what did you want to talk about" she tucks a piece of hair behind her ear the light from the stinged lights above make her look breath taking (Just in case, there's a picture of it below )

"How did you feel about ..um what happened in the kitchen" I stuff my hands in my pockets and turn to her , she's looking down at her feet play with her hands "It was nice " she look's up at me smiling a little. "I never thought I'd end up kissing you " I tell her looking at the lights above " me neither" she answers looking up too , "it's beautiful" she sighs looking at me quickly than looking back up " it's not the only thing that's beautiful " I say looking back at her . She looks at me blush is on her cheeks but she's uncertain " I mean it your beautiful" I step closer to her and wrap my arms around her waist
