How to out run the Wolverine

I'd managed to avoid him the entire weekend. When he'd step into a room I'd slip out , making an excuse to the others. Trying to stay as far away from him as possible.

That all came to an end when I walked into the danger room and there he was. Shirtless and glistening in sweat.  From the looks of it, he had just finished a grueling workout.
I go to leave when he looks up at the sound of the door opening.

" Sorry, I  didn't realize you were in here. I'll go" I turn around and am about four feet from the door when he says..

"Computer lock down danger room . Authorization Wolverine alpha-47257."
The doors slam shut as well as the steel doors above us in the control room.

I freeze at the sound . Echos of the past trying to claw its way forward into the present.

" There a reason you been avoiding me?"
He growls at me.
I slowly turn to stare him down. I ball my hands into fists, trying to control the panic fighting to pull me under.

" No."  I answer through gritted teeth.
His eyes flash amber then he's moving towards me. For every step he takes towards me I retreat a step.

" I think there is. You scent of deceit. So tell me , Ms.Jones , what exactly are you hiding?"

(Now at this point in time, I've got to ask dear reader, have you ever been pressed up against a wall while a gorgeous,shirtless man stares down at you trying to intimidate you with his sheer size and presence? No? Well here's how it went)

I don't back down from a fight. I'm scrappy that way. So what I did, even shocked me afterwards.
"Chuck!!!!! HELP!!! "
Yeah I called for help.
I watch as he brows draw down and he gets a dazed look . After a minute he pushes away from the wall.

" Don't know why you involved Chuck , but that just confirms your hiding something. Computer disengage lock down protocols. Wolverine Gama-87456."

The doors open with a hiss . I don't run out of there, but I did come close.
I make my way outside to the pool. I strip down to my bra and cheeky underware. I dive into the pool .

I swim to the other side of the pool and finally come up for air. To find several pairs of feet standing there. I finally look up to see Rogue and Storm as well as another girl in swimsuits staring down at me , smirks on their faces.

" Rough morning Suger?" Asks Rogue.
I pull my self from the pool and place my hands on my hips.
" If you call walking in on the formidable Wolverine working out In the danger room and us having a one side confrontation then yes."
Wide eyed stares.

" Really Az?" Asks Storm.
I take the towel she hands me and begin to dry my hair.

" Did he say why he confronted you?" Asks the other girl. I turn to look at her and just stare waiting on introductions.

" Oh sorry my names Kitty Pride. Code name Shadow cat."
I nod at her and turn back to Storm.

"Apparently I've been avoiding him and he basically wanted to know why."

The others look at one another and Rogue finally speaks up.
" Azura you have to understand... Logan he's...."
She begins but Kitty finishes.

" Very cautious with new people."
I smirk at them and say

" You have no idea." Thinking about how he and I had first met back in Montana.
They give me confused looks.

" Let's just say Logan and I go WAY back. So I know first hand how cautious he is , especially since he did the same thing when we first met." Even when you can't remember it.
" How long we talking here Suger?"
I chuckle at her question. I have to think back and do some math.
