The First to get feelings:
Mickey, after sometime [like 4 to 7 years] he started to feel nervous and get butterflies on his stomach, he was starting to get shy, blushy

Confession:
After sometime of him trying to understand his feelings for you [and of also sorting himself out] he finally confessed. His Confession was rather nice and cute, maybe a bit cheesy but that's the nice thing about him

He likes doing the usual kissing spots, like the cheeks, hands, sometime he'll do it on the lips and shoulder [when his confident that is]
First Date impression:
He was a nervous wreck, a very shy boy indeed. Sometime he will worry about the somewhat small things, he tried his best to not ruin it
