Amy is killed by Dr. Eggman in one of the missions, Sonic is devastated about the loss of his friend. What he doesn't know, is Amy's soul is with him. As they are soulmates, Amy is left to look over Sonic until he is able to join her in the afterlife. Amy manages to change some small details in his life, as having him not entering a room by having him forgetting why he wanted to go there. By visiting him in his dreams, which he won't fully remember when he wakes up. Throught the whole year of Amy being gone, Sonic tries to bring her back to life.
