Chapter Three•~•

After class it's 3:00 the kids will be home in fifteen minutes.

I take the bus home and it's 3:30 when I get there.

When I get in the apartment I hear yelling and then Jay runs up to me.

"Sissy! Aiden won't give Ri-Ri her doll back." He yells.

I run to the room.

"Aiden give Ri her doll back." I yell.

He hands it to her.

"Why did you take it?"

"Because Ri has a crush but won't admit it." says Aiden in a sing song voice.

Ri's face turns red. "No I don't!" She says.

"Aiden can you watch Ri and Jay? I need to head to work." I say.

"Ok. I'll make us some Raman noodles." says Ri. She loved to cook.

"Ok bye guys." I say and grab my purse and head to the shop.

I have two jobs my one job and working at the coffee shop.

I had a shift at the coffee shop today.

I walk to the shop because it's only a block away.

I go in and put on my brown apron and black t-shirt. Then my brown hat.

I start wiping off a table until I see a guy looking at me.

He looks interested.

He has messy black hair, green eyes, and looked about my age.

He raises his hand and I go over to his table.

"Can I get a refill on my coffee?" He asks.

"Ugh sure." I say.

I grab his mug and put coffee with a little sugar in it.

I hand it back to me.

"So how long have you been working here?" he asks.

"Um about three years." I say.

"This is my first time here." he says looking around. "How old are you?"

"I'm nineteen. I'm going to college for being a nurse." I say.

"Ooh college girl. I'm nineteen also." he says.

"Thats cool." I say.

"Hey Jamie your shifts over! Larrys here." says my boss Rachel.

"Ok. See you around." I say.

"Wait can I have your number.". He asks.

I give him my number.
"Oh and by the way my names Jace." he says.

"I'm Jamie." I say.

I go to my apartment and see my best friend Justin there. He has brown messy hair, glasses, and is really skinny.

"Justin!" I yell hugging him.

"Woah happy to see me huh?" He says.

"Duh!" I say.
