Chapter 6

"Wait!" Karl shouted. I stopped, turning around to face him. "Look it isn't my fault! Even Nick can vouch!" Nick looked down at his feet. "Yeah well that doesn't mean you had to kiss him back!" I started at him for a second before yelling "You knew about this and you never told me??" I ran up the stairs, locking myself in my room. "Dream wai-" I fell to the floor, propping my back against the door, my eyes immediately blanketed in tears. "WHY DOES THIS SHIT ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME??" I shouted. Patches (my cat) must have heard my crying and yelling, since he woke up almost immediately after. The cat jumped of the bed, nudging his head against my leg. I looked down at him. "Patches, this isnt the best time." But he just sat there next to me on the ground. Moments later Nickolas had ran up to my room. "Clay open the door, Clay I don't wanna fight anymore!" My eyes widen. I wiped my tears off with my hoodie sleeve. The song... I remember it. It was... "Veronica". Me and George had listened to that song one night after a stream. Manly only because people were spamming us saying it was a god song. Nick must have known about this. I stud up, twisting the door open. Nick ran in, grabbing me and slinging me into a hug. "Im sorry Clay... I should've told you... I just wanted you to hear it from them you know? I kissed him. "It's fine, I understand." I smiled, wiping off the last of my tears. "Now are you ready for the next part of the plan~?" He said. I smirked and nodded. "As ready as I'll ever be!" "Perfect~!" He replied. "Let's do this!"
