2) Coordinators who have recently won a contest.
3) Elite fours
4) and the trainers who are competing in the Pokemon world coronation series.
F Dawn : So Gary what are you her as ?
F Gary : I'm a member of project mew, and before you asking what it is, it's an organisation which works to unlock mew's mysteries And catch it.
Ash : it seems like you're really working hard and so guys how are you all here as.
F Zoey : i don't really know that only these people can come. But i think I'm here because i recently won a contest.
F dawn and F kenny : same i guess.
F misty : Maybe because I'm one of the elite four.
Everyone turn and look at F Brock.
Kenny : wait a minute Brock, How are you here ?
F Brock : Well you see...........................i recently competed in a contest for my siblings in the Kanto region and fortunately ended up winning it.
F dawn : wow Brock that's so cool. Oh yeah, what about you Rudy ?
F Rudy : you see I'm competing in the Pwcs ( Pokemon world coronation series).
Rudy : What does that mean?
F rudy : in Pwcs, All the trainers who are willing to fight against the world champion will enter. I'm one of them too.
Zoey : Wow, so how do you Battle him ? Right after registering ?
F rudy : of course not. It is separated into 4 classes. The normal class, the Great class, the ultra class and the master class. If you are in the normal class you can only have an official battle with another normal class trainer.
Dawn : wow, that sounds so cool. Are they ranked ?
F rudy : yes. Those who have ranks above 1000 are the normal class trainers and from 999 to 100 are Great Class trainers. From 99 to 9 they are ultra class trainers. The top eight are the master class trainers they are the high leveled trainers in this whole world. I heard that the Sinnoh champion Cynthia is in the masters 8 too.
F kenny : wow, Rudy, so you are competing in something like that. That's awesome.
Ash : wow, I wish i could compete in something like that too... So i could battle against Cynthia and the world champion.
F rudy : don't worry, I'll do it for ya. 🤣🤣🤣
F Gary : no need rudy, he can do it by himself.
F rudy : ( confused worse than Misty's Psyduck)
Misty : Rudy, what is your rank in the PWCS.
F rudy : mine is 50 in the ultra class.

F dawn : rudy are you serious you are the 50th strongest trainer in the whole world.
