They say, if you are able to blow all the seeds off a dandelion with a single breath it will grant any wish. It also means the person you love, loves you back. Rose is the type of person who believes in magic, fairies that grants her wish.
For James to love her back, James is Rose's childhood best friend. Ever since, James already knew Rose likes him, he once fall in love with Rose. But then he realized, his future was all planned. He was involved to a arranged marriage with Ariana.
Ariana is Rose's and James's friend, when she found out she will marry James she is so exited and happy. Yes, Ariana likes James even since and she also knows Rose likes him. She has no problem with Rose because she knows in the end, James will be hers. She tried to tell Rose about her and James marriage, but James stops her because he doesn't want to ruin their friendship.
It's the day, the worst day of Rose. Tomorrow is James's and Ariana's Weeding day, and Rose still has no idea about it. James knew he can't hide it to Rose for a long time, because when they get married, Ariana and James will move to America for good. Which makes it hard for James to tell it to Rose.
"Rose..." he calls Rose and hugged her
"Uy, why? Did something happen?" She asked and hugged him back
"I-I'm sorry..." his tears flow to Rose's shirt
"Are you crying? What's the matter?"
"Rose...I'm...I'm getting married..." he admitted while still hugging Rose
At first, Rose thinks he's joking, She ends their hug and talks to him.
"You're joking right?"
"I'm not" he utter
"No! You're joking! It...it can't be..." tears flow from her eyes
"Rose..." he holds her hands but she shakes it off
"Who is she?"
"A-Ariana" he stuttered
"So all this time...two of my best friends have been lying to me?" her tears flows continuously
"Rose it's not what yo-" he tried to hold Rose's shoulders but she moved backward
"Don't.Touch.Me" she said giving emotions to each of the word "Since when have you...lying to me?"
"Starting from...from high school but look, it's arranged marriage...we had no choice" he explained
"You had a choice! You could at least told me!" She shouted making the peoples entering the room leave
"I didn't wanted to lie to you...you knew that"
"But you just did! You just did..."
"Because I knew the truth will hurt you..."
He can't shout at her because he knows she has all the rights to be angry to him. But he don't have any rights, to hurt his best friend again.
"3 years of lying to me...did you think it will not hurt me!?"
She looks at his eyes, she sees the James she loves ever since. The James that lied to her for 3 years, she knows in her heart that even if he lied to her...she still loves him. Even if he will marry someone else, she still loves this guy in front of her...
"I'm sorry..."
He moves closer to Rose, holds her face and wipes her tears caused by himself. He moved his face closer to her, their lips were about to meet. When Rose moves her face to her right, stopping him. He then moved away, Rose grabbed something from her pocket.
"I'm such an idiot..." she grabbed a dandelion stem without its puffs "I believed in this fvcking dandelion, I believed that you loved me too...But they are all true, believing in a dandelion is such a childish play" she threw it in the floor and left making her tears drop endlessly

After the found out the hurtful truth, she goes to a dandelion field where she always go when she feels lonely and sad. She grabbed a dandelion still with its puffs, she sat in a bench still holding the flower.
"I am such an idiot believing in you..." she talks to the dandelion, there were no one around so she feels free to speak
"But don't worry...this is the last time I will blow an dandelion...this is the last time I will stupid because of love" she blows it leaving a single puff in its stem
"You must have love your Mother, you sacrificed to enjoy your life and go around the world just to stay in your stem..." she left and told herself to never go back to that field ever again.
After 6 Years...
You can say Rose it fine after 6 years, but deep inside she's still hurting. As she said, she never came back to the field or ever see a dandelion. Because it only reminds her of James...
It's the day where she will fly to Canada for good, and start a new life there. Before she leaves, she wanted to go back to the field somehow. To leave all the pain, so she can move on without baggage of the past. She didn't expect, James was there...she decided to come near him.
"James?" She asked, The moment he sees Rose he immediately hugged her
"I-I've Missed you Rose..." he said making Rose hug him back

"How are you? You and Ariana...did you have a child?"
"Me and Ariana never had a child, the weeding never happened"
"H-how?" She asked
"I talked to my parents...I told them, you're the one...the one I love" she is shocked hearing those words from him
"Jame-" James gave her a smack kiss
"Are you ready to blow a Dandelion again?" He grabbed a dandelion from the field and gave it to her
And she blew a Dandelion with the person she loves, there are still a lot of questions in her mind but a single dandelion answered it. She wasn't able to fly to Canada, but she had the happiest day of her life...
