Yuu and I have been traveling the world together since I got out of college. There is one problem though that nobody knows about.

Noya got up and rushed to his bag for his phone to call the ambulance.

At the hospital
Noya was pacing around the room while everyone else slept.

Hinata was still awake for some unknown reason.
I can't what if something happens to him and I never hit the chance to confess.

5 hours later
Hinata was still awake when a doctor came out of Asahi's room and walked up to him.
Are you here for Asahi Azumane?
Yes sir how is he.
Well he is in stable but he only has one day to live you may see him.
Guilt and sorrow over came Shoyo and he got up walked out of the hospital and broke down but not a normal one he knew what Asahi had the moment he saw it at the reunion because he also had hanahaki but he got the surgery. One other person was awake tho, Suga and he followed Hinata out and once he saw Hinata about to pass out he ran to him and caught him but not before he passed out crying. Suga rushed back in to the hospital and ran up to the first doctor he saw and got Hinata the care he needed. Suga then went back to the others to visit Asahi and leave Hinata to the doctors.

BEFORE HE WHATS
Suga took Noya to Asahi's room only to see him hooked up to 10 tubes unconscious.
Noya broke down in tears.
Shhhh.
Asahi woke up to noises and saw the scene in front of him. But after Asahi woke up his lungs were being filled with flower petals and he broke out into a coughing fit this startled the two and they ran up to him.
ASAHI NO PLS don't leave.
Suga ran to get the doctor.
I Love to I love you I love you.
Was all that Noya could get out of his throat until he heard the heart monitor go flat and he looked up and saw his favorite flower growing out of Asahi's mouth. He broke down.

Noya then shot up from his bed.
He looked to his side and saw a peacefully sleeping Asahi next to him. He relized that it was just a nightmare and let out a sigh of relief.
