It's been months ever since both Beauvoir and Nikhil interacted romantically with each other. Seeming mostly like they moved on after a while.

"Hey Beau! I got a girlfriend..." Nikhil claimed

"Nice dude... I'm happy for you"

As Nikhil leaves, a tear rolls down his face.

As the days pass, both the dudes drift farther and farther. Nikhil talking with Jayvimar about their own girlfriends and Beauvoir sitting in despair, not moved on from the situation.

One day, Beauvoir met this other girl who pulled out a Judge (IRL) and decimated everyone. That girl was actually Peyton.
