Realization?

I felt my blanket being pulled off of me but all I wanted to do was sleep-

"5 more minutes, it's so cold" I whined

"Cmon Y/N it's already 12:00pm, don't u think it's time for u to get up" Chris said towering over me

He grabbed my arm trying to get me up

I reached for my blanket and wrapped it around me so it couldn't be taken away from me again

"C'mon y/n get up" Chris tugged at me. "Well u leave me no choice" he picked me up as if I were a baby wrapped in my blanket

I didn't know why I had felt so shocked. My stomach fluttered with butterflies but I played it off "your warmer than the bed anyways" I huffed

Did I seriously just say he was warm. Oh God y/n your so dumb. Why would u say that. Your so awkward. You-

"Well you seem to be having fun"
"well the way your getting cradled in his big arms how wouldn't u be"
Nick and Matt teased us as Chris held me in the hallway

"Shut up u two, I was just to lazy to get out of bed on my own"

"Still thought I was comfortable though" Chris whispered at me with a smirk

I turned red and got down from his arms. "Thanks for being my legs" I joked and walked into the bathroom so that I could change and refresh

After I got ready I sat down in their kitchen and poured my self a bowl of milk for my cereal.

Their mom walked up to me when she noticed the boys were distracted talking about video ideas.

"You like Chris don't u" she rose a brow with a smile
I swear I almost choked on my breakfast. "Ahaha, no. Who told u that?" I tried not to seem nervous-

"As a mom of 4 I don't need people to tell me when kids are lying. It's a mom instinct" she said proudly.

"Well, I don't know how I feel. I mean, things are kind of complicated right now."

"Listen honey, you should do what you think would not only bring you Well but would also be good for the people around you"

She always knew what to say and when to say it. I was really lucky to have someone like her in my life especially since my mom didn't seem to give any craps.

After breakfast Matt and Nick said they had to run some "errands",  Which I guess left me and Chris alone. It's never been awkward between us so this time didn't have to be any different.

"So Chris, since it's kinda rainy out you wanna watch a movie?"

"Sure I'm down, le's go to my room"

"Ooo, let's watch a romance!"

"Seriously, you like that stuff?"

"Hey, romance is a very good topic and makes for wonderful movies. We're going to watch one"

"Finee..." Chris groaned but I didn't care, I enjoyed my movies

I started asking a lot of questions since the movie we were watching was new and I'd never seen it.

"Y/n, chill. Just watch the movie" Chris said calmly and put his arm over my shoulder, probably so I could lay down. Of course I took the opportunity and laid my head on his chest. He smelled really nice and he was comfortable but I would never admit it, at least not to his face-
