PARKERS POV

"Babe, can you grab me some water?" Jane said happily. "Yeah ill be right back" I said while lightly kissing her on the forehead. I quickly ran over to the kitchen grabbing a glass and slowly putting in tap water. The water from the sink came out into a muddy brown. "ew what the fuck. How can she live like this?" I said out loud but still to myself, confusion flooding my brain slowly as to where Janes fridge was. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a small mouse run past on the counter.

I ignored what I had just saw more focused on how she had no food in the whole house. I found this out by looking through all of the cabinets. All that I could find was a signal can of dog food. I saw a backpack lying on the ground. Half of me didn't want to open it with the possibility of it being something private. I slowly walked over to the backpack yet quickly opening it. Inside there was a small cup of water that I picked up. It was still cold which confused me but I looked over it like it was nothing.

Now with water in hand I slowly walked to Jane. I tried walking fast but the floors where like quicksand. "Jane!-" I looked over just to find Jane gone. Or at least not in the place where I had last seen her. After a few minutes of waiting in the same spot for Jane I finally sat down and gave up. It's a big house right? I'm sure she just got lost. I thought to myself.

CHESTERS POV

"Hi~" I heard a soft voice call out from behind me. I quickly jerked around in a surprised manner. "Oh uh hi Jane. How did you get in here?" "Oh sorry did I scare you?" Jane said while giggling and hugging me from. "Wait I thought you where with Parker." "He got boring." Jane said annoyed. "Oh uh well can you call him over and grab my camera for me?" "No thanks. I think I'll stay with you for a bit." Jane said with a wide smile. I backed away

"Oh uh ok. About your brother. Uhhh" I said trying to change the subject. "Whos brother?" Jane said looking around the room. "Yours... Wait did we come here for nothing. I thought our job was to try to help your brother because his dog died or something." I said in a harsh tone. "Oh right... Him. I'm so sorry but I forgot to tell you that he went shopping with his friends. He won't be back for a few days."

"What the heck is wrong with him? He's hanging out with people and going into public places. That doesn't exactly match what you said about him. Not to mention the fact that it sounded like he just doesn't like his sister. Your just proving my point. I'm calling Parker over here and then Parker and I are going. I'm sorry but you dont have a problem."

"Sorry what did you just say? You can't leave yet! I haven't even made dinner." Jane said with the fakest smile I've ever seen. "It's late. I'm going to bed. Parker and I are leaving in the morning." I said now running away and back to parker, pissed.
