Harry's currently sitting on a couch on their Manor,with a blanket around him. There's a thunderstorm and he hated it. So there,he silently cried, having a bloodshot eyes and tear stained and shaking. Harry ever since a child always hated thunder, having wary about noises because of the abuse he had been put through.
Draco hadn't still came back from his job at the ministry because he's having an overtime. So Harry had to put up for the fact that he's alone, while thunders clap on the surrounding. He flinched,duck and hide on the blanket everytime he hears a clap. He's a bloody Gryffindor but hadn't been so brave facing a thunderstorm.
It wasn't until five minutes later that the front door opened revealing his husband. Harry paid no attention to the door and continued to shake.
Draco having seen the state of his husband quickly rushed over. He gently placed a hand on what he assumed to be Harry's shoulder but quickly draw it back when Harrys screamed and detached himself on the blanket and stand up. He started to sob,with his eyes closed resulting for him not to see his Draco sitting on the couch.
"Harry,baby, it's me" Draco said, softly. He didn't approached his husband not wanting to scare his baby any further. Oh,how it had been a shock to him when Harry started to cry when a thunderstorm start when they are still in dating state.
Harry recognized the voice that drawled out,he slowly opened his eyes and immediately launch himself to his husband. He clings to him as if it's his life line and balled his fist on Draco's clothes, soaking his shoulder part.
"Still can't manage the thunder,do you?" Draco asked ,softly while starting to rub his back soothing him. "There,there. I'm here now baby, you're not alone anymore " The while planting a kiss on the ravens head.
Harry didn't even bother to reply. He just sat on his husbands lap while he continue to whimper.
Draco just sat there in silence, having continuously rubbing Harry's back to relax him. He called out only to find that he had fallen asleep.
Draco gently carry his husband towards their room and gently place him in Draco quick changed to his pj and laid on the bed pulling him close to his.
"Still a damsel in distress after all these years....Always" Draco said and kissed him on the lips before letting the darkness engulf him too.
