Arielle was a healer angel that god sent to watch after Sam and Dean (roughly at the start of season four). for awhile they hid that they were an angel, but once Uriel and Castiel showed up they were forced to tell the brothers what they were. the brothers did not take the news well and Arielle left for awhile but came back when they fought Lucifer.
