I was walking along the streets. Looking into the windows of stores, thinking deeply when I pass a local news station. They had some televisions in the window, streaming what they were recording. One reporter stated that the prince of our country, Prince Reid has come of age for his selection. I listened to the report and then looked at my watch for the time. 5:45 pm. I had to be back by 6:00 and before you knew it I was gone within a blink of an eye.
Once I got home my family had already heard the news "you must go Autumn. You must sign up" said mother. "You must go for the family." I sighed a bit, knowing what this meant. I couldn't go. I just couldn't bare to hurt another. But I have to. Even if it means another will get hurt and I might die. The thoughts went through my mind as I thought to myself "should I go?"
