Fred Weasley X Bauxbatons!Reader (💞)

A/n:
I have to do a Bauxbatons!Reader since that would be the magical school I would go to!

November, 7th, 1994

Y/nPOV:
We've been at Hogwarts for a couple months now and I've made a couple new friends but not many. I tend to just stay with my friends from Bauxbaton as it's just easier. "Hello there, what's your name" ask a ginger haired boy that I saw with a short glance up while I was reading. "Why?" I ask looking up from my book.

I see not one but two tall, ginger haired boys in front of me. "I thought you were rather beautiful" said one of the twins sitting down beside me. "And we wanted to get to know you a little" said the other ad he did the same on the other side of me.

"What are your names?" I asked them. "I'm Fred" said the one on the Right. "I'm George" chimed in the other on my left. "Y/n Y/l/n" I say as I put my book mark in my book. "How about we walk them to class George?" Fred said leaning forward and looking towards George. "I think that's a wonderful idea Fred" George said leaning forward and looking at Fred.

They both got up and Fred grabbed my school books. "Where are you headed?" Asked George as we started walking into the school. "Room 14, 2nd floor" I replied as we walked down the long stone hallway. "Not far off from ours" Fred replied. "So why are you here?" George started, "You're too young to compete" Fred ended. "My friend Fleur is competing" I explained.

"How old are you?" George inquired as we started on the staircase. "16" I said and as a stair case moved in front of us. "So are we" they said. We walked to my class as they continued to ask questions. We stood outside of my classroom and talked for a bit since class didn't start for another 5 minutes.

"We should be off now, wouldn't want to be late right Fred" said George with a smirk. "Right George" he replied with the same expression. "I'll see you two later, bye" I wave and walked into my class.

Time skip:

Classes were now over for the day but I didn't see any of my friends around so I went to the great hall where they'd no doubt be hanging out. "Y/n over here!" Shouted Marie as I walked into the great hall. "Hey guys, what are you doing?" I asked as I saw papers on the table and wands in hand. "We're bringing out origami to life, cute isn't he?" Asked Julie as a paper butterfly came flying around my head.

"Adorable" I said and sat down. "How were your classes?" Asked my other friend Esme. "Pretty good, I had those Weasley twins walk me to class today" I said and they all 'ooo'ed. "That one is very attractive" said Julie. "Which one?" I asked in a joking tone.

The Weasley twins then walked into the great hall. "The one on the Right, George" She gawked. "I think I prefer Fred" I said and bumped her elbow to get her to stop staring. "Why don't you go talk to them?" Marie said to Julie. "Like she'd ever do that" added Esme.

"Hello ladies, I was wondering if I could borrow Y/n for the afternoon?" Fred said as he came up behind me and rested his hand on the table. "Of course" Esme said smiling. Marie winked at me and Julie went back to enchanting her origami.

Fred lead me out of the great hall as I saw George and their friends joking and looking at Fred while winking. He just rolled his eyes in response. "Let's go down by The Great Lake, I'll show you my favourite spot" Fred said with a smile beaming on his face. I agreed and we started walking down the trail to the lake.

The weather was nice, it was sunny but somewhat cold and it was going to snow any day now. "What's your favourite season?" Fred asked trying to get to know me better. "Winter (interchangeable), they're beautiful in France" I explained to him. "What's yours?" I asked him. "Summer, best time for quidditch" He explained. "Wow a real sportsman" I said with a small laugh.

After about 15 minutes of walking we reached the spot. "Beautiful isn't it?" Fred asked as we sat down on the soft grass just in the shore of the lake. "Quiet beautiful" I said as I looked around. You could see the school on the left and the Durmstrang ship at the docks along with the lake, forests and mountains on the right.

We just sat there and talked for around an hour when he suddenly asked "would you like to go to Hogsmeade with me to get a butter bear some time?". I just smiled at his not so subtle attempt to ask me on a date. "Like, a date?" I asked looking at him with a smile as he just looked forward.

"If that's why you'd like..." he said seeming confident but nervous as he looked into my eyes. "I'd like that very much" I replied with a smile. "We should be getting back, I'm sure George is wondering where you are" I said as I stood up and dusted off my light blue uniform. I held my hand out for Fred and he grabbed it and pulled himself up.

We walked back to the school and met up again with our friends in the great hall, this time with a smile plastered on both of our faces as we came in joking and laughing.

3rd Person POV:
"Well, that seemed to go well..." Ron said sitting at a table with Harry, George, Hermione, Seamus and Ginny. "Be happy for them Ron" Hermione said as she saw Ron sulking while watching his older brother and the beauty from Bauxbaton.

"Looks like their little 'date' went well" Marie commented looking at Y/n and Fred in the door way of the great hall. "It appears so" Esme said with a smile smile. "Awww, their definitely going to the Yule Ball together" said Julie as she rested her cheek on her hand.

Y/n and Fred both say goodbye to each other and walk over to their respective friend groups.

"Y/N I LOVE YOU!" George started as Fred came over to the table. People started looking towards the loud shouting. "Y/N I DOOO!" Ron continued. "WHEN WERE APART MY HEART BEATS ONLY FOR YOUUUUU!" All the boys shouted. "Shut up" Fred said looking over to Y/n.

"NO CHANCE, NO WAY!" Started Marie. "Don't!" Y/n said with a laugh as they came closer to the table. "I WONT SAY IM IN LOVE!" Continued Julie. "YOU SWOON YOU SIGH WHY DENY IT OH OHH!" Esme continued breaking her usual character. "ITS YO CLICHÉ I WONT SAY IM IN LOoOVEeEEEE!" The girls sang and broke down in laughter as Y/n came over and started hitting their arms. "Shut up" they said laughing.
