I will always love you

If you had told Steve and Tony 20 years ago that they would be living an apple pie life, they'd have said it was a crazy idea. Well... it was not entirely an apple pie life. Sure they have been married for the past sixteen years and have a son who they both love with all their being, but they are far from perfect. For one, Tony still had to balance his personal life with his superhero life while still managing a billion-dollar company. Thank God for Pepper, who handled all the hard work for him.

Steve on the other hand, had a day job as well; he worked at the local library, which, of course Tony had insisted he shouldn't stress himself on top of all the superhero stuff. Then there was the challenge of raising a nosy teenager. Peter was everything to them, and they'd do anything for him, but sometimes his curiosity got him in trouble.

Steve was currently in the kitchen, finishing cooking dinner. He had decided to go with lasagna and a side of green beans. Steve wore some casual black sweatpants and an S.I. grey t- shirt. "Honey, I'm hooome!" He hears as the elevator door opens and in walks Tony, dressed in a well-tailored suit and some type of designer sunglasses. Steve honestly never understood his husband's need to buy all these luxurious items and spoil him and Peter, which Steve thought was cute, but he was a far more simple man, a "Grandpa" as Tony would say.

"Welcome home babe." Steve says softly as he serves the food, not paying attention to the nickname Steve was already used to Tony giving him and even Peter a lot of different nicknames Which is adorable.

Steve is taken by surprise when he feels Tony wrap his arms around his waist and plants several kisses along his face and neck, which makes Steve giggle. "Tony that tickles." He says before blushing as he feels Tony press himself against Steve. "Tony.." he warns."

"What's wrong Capsicle? Can't I kiss my own husband after having a long day at work?" Tony says innocently, which obviously meant Tony knew exactly what he was doing.

Before Steve even had to reply a tall teenage boy with hazel brown eyes came into the kitchen, it was Peter. "Hey Dad, what's for dinner?" He says, before covering his eyes when he sees the position his dads were in. "Gross! You know, you guys have a room for a reason right?" He said with a groan, As Steve lets out a chuckle."

"This is called a healthy relationship Bambi. Take notes. Ain't that right Baby?" Tony said,rubbing his stubble on Steve's neck, that tease he knew exactly what he was doing and what that did to Steve. To stop himself from getting excited with their son in front of them Steve pushes Tony away and shrugs, taking the plates to the table.

"Your pops is not wrong Peter, affection is definitely one of the fundamental parts of being in a relationship, of course next to trust but you'll learn that when you're older." Steve says.

"See what ya did Pete? Now we gotta hear a lecture on true love. Courtesy of Dickens here. " Tony says jokingly, which causes bothPeter and Steve to laugh. This is what Steve and Tony had always dreamt of, having the perfect family. Just as they were about to sit down JARVIS comes in. "Sirs, sorry to interrupt but there seems to be some extraterrestrial activity detected nearby." He announces.

Steve nods. "Alright JARVIS, give us the details." He says as he walks into their bedroom and changes into his Captain America costume,

"Aw, come on the food's gonna be cold." Tony whines before letting out a sigh as he listens to JARVIS go over the details of the mission once steve emerges from the room he is in full Captain America gear and damn if they didn't have to save the world, Tony would drag Steve back into the bedroom for a sex marathon. "Damn Cap you sure it's not desert time already?" He flirts, sending Steve a wink, which causes Steve roll his eyes and blush. "Tony." He warns.

Tony holds your his hands in defeat. "I know, I know save the world and then sexy time got it, promise I'll be on my best behavior can't say the same for my hands though, they tend to have a mind of their own." He says playfully."Guys
