"This is certainly NOT the University you told me you're going to be at" Martial Law gives off a strict tone which reduces Philippine's confidence to zero. "I... Also, you've been exposed to a lot of guys, you're such a people magnet" Martial Law walks closely to Philippines and hugged her. "I'm... a bit jealous... Phi..." As he said those words, his hug gets tighter. Philippines don't know what to say, so she just let her brother hug her. "You're only mine, Phi. I keep telling you" Don't get the wrong idea, Martial law is like a father, he doesn't want to let go of Philippines, at least not yet. As Russia and Philippines are having a conversation, the Rice gang finally arrived, asking them both what happened. The two told them the summary and not the details, they understand and then Indo looked at Philippines. "Phi? Why do you look like Martial Law visited you?" Philippines feels like crying, but in a embarrassed type. "Because he did...!! And he gave me a ring" Indo, Mal, Vietnam and Russia looked at the ring and have mixed feelings. 'What?! A PROPOSAL??? But! AREn'T They SIBLINGS?! ' That's what the rice gang had in mind, and it's as if the three slowly turned to stone on how they were shocked.
