This is set 3 years after the Giant war. They are 22
Knock knock
I heard on my door. It was probably Annabeth and her friend she was bringing from camp.
I opened the door and saw Annabeth standing there with a small child, maybe 3 or 4 clutching on to her leg. Behind he was a young man same age as Annabeth around 22. Wait that's scary I don't even know mu own daughters age. Anyway the man was holding a baby that looked around 7 months, and behind him was a little boy and a little girl. Probably only 5. They look like twins.
"Hey Dad how are you" Annabeth asked snapping my attention back to her.
"I'm good" I reply "if you don't mind me asking who are the kids? Are you baby sitting?"
"Nope theese are my 4 kids. Luke and Zoe are the twins at the back. This is Charles" she said pointing to the little boy hiding behind her. "And that is Bianca in Percys arms" she said.
"Are they all biological?" I ask her "Yes Mr Chase" said Percy trying to pry the younger kids off the backs of his legs.
"Well come inside" I said opening the door so the family could come in. As Annabeth walked past I wondered if she had put on weight.
"Annabeth" the twins scream comming to hug their sister.
"Hey boys." She says hugging them back.
"Who is this??" Asked Mathew suddenly very shy.
"I am Percy" says Percy dropping down to Mathews level to talk to him.
"Tea is ready." Called my beautiful wife as we walked to the dining room.
Percy got a high chair out of the car and sat the 3 year old in it.
"So how has camp been Annabeth?" Helen asked.
"Good why?" Replied Annabeth.
"That's were I have seen you before" I said pointing at Percy "your the boy who came when Annabeth got kidnapped. Remember Helen?" She nodded in agreement.
After that we sat in silence.
I couldn't take the silence any more
"Annabeth are you and Percy dating?" Not sure if I wanted an answer but I couldn't stand the quite.
"You could say that" she said slowly "but I am no longer Annabeth Chase I am Annabeth Jackson." She said.
"What!" I screamed standing up and looking at Percy.
"I never gave you permission to marry my daughter" I said pointing at Percy.
"I am sorry Mr Chase but I asked the person who raised Annabeth and her mother" Percy said
"I raised her" i was about to say more when Annabeths hot up from the table
"No you didn't you were never home and when you were you paid absolutely no attention to me" she practically screamed.
"Percy asked the person who raised me he asked Chiron and My mother." She said screaming now.
"My godly perant who was ment to have nothing to do with me raised me more than you did and before you say 'oh he probably only married you for your looks' Percy went through hell for me and I am not quoting that He cared for me more than you ever will" Annabeth was in tears now her older kids watching in fear and Bianca now crying.
"Annabeth baby" i said changing my voice to a softer one.
"No dont Annabeth baby me I know you are going to apologise and hope I forget about tonight but no me,Percy and the kids are going home and they will never see you or Helen again." She said now crying "when our new baby arrives you can meet them but hafter that you can't have contact with me or my family."
"Annabeth..." Percy was trying to say "No Percy I came here to give them a second chance but now that I see they haven't changed we are leaving grab the stuff I have got the kids" Annabeth said.
Percy sighed and left with the supplies they had inside. Annabeth grabbed Bianca from the little swing she had been in and told the others to follow her. As she left she turned to me and said "I hope you are happy with you new family. The one I was never welcome in" than she walked out the door.
