"Mr.Marcos are you with us?" He click his fingers

"Sandro!" Matthew called

"Don't tell me you didn't know na buntis ang asawa mo" Dr laugh

"S-she's pregnant?!" I was dumfounded

"Yes she is!" he happilly said

"She's pregnant" I said with my emotionless face

"Why aren't you happy sands?" Matthew ask

"How's my wife" I ask quickly "How's my baby?" I added

"You're wife she's fine and correction Mr,babies not baby" He said

"B-babies?" My tears slowly falling down

"She's 12weeks pregnant with your twins!" Masayang sambit nya

"T-twins--" My brain stop processing

She's pregnant?Babies?Twins?I can't explain how to feel

"I'm going to be a father again!" I shake Matthew's body "Doc tatay na ako!" I shouted

"Sandro your voice nakakahiya" Matthew laugh at me

"Dr.Carpio emergency patient Marcos emergency 2!" The nurse shouted

"Excuse me sir" Dr.Carpio run towards the emergency room

"Emergency?!My wife!" I run papasok sa ER but Matthew stopped me

"Let's just wait for their update Sandro calm down!" Matthew insist

"Matthew get off of me!" I shouted

"Sandro stop!" Asik nya

We waited for almost half day before they gave us some updates then mom called so I told her about Hannah's status kaya pumunta Sila agad

I opened my eyes and bumungad sakin yung napaka lakas na ilaw na may kasamang sakit nang puson

"Ma?" I called

"Good morning sweetie" Mom kiss my forehead

"Where are we?" Matamlay kong tanong

"How are you do you want to eat di you want something?" Pag iiba nya nang tanong

"S-si Sandro mom where is he?" I ask

"He has a house to house campaigning kaya nagpaalam sya na magfile nang leave just to accompany you" Sagot nya

"What are you doing here diba may campaign rally kayo ni dad?" Tanong ko ulit

"Dad mo?Ayon tulog kakabantay sayo 2nights straight" Natatawang sagot nya

"2 nights?!" Gulat kong sagot

"Yes thanks God you're awake na what happened ba kasi?" Tanong nya then I tried to remember what happened pero hindi ko na maalala

"I d-dont know" Kunot noo kong sagot

"What do you mean you don't know?" Natatawang tanong nya

"I just remembered we have a house to house campaigning last March 30 then wala na akong maalala mom" Umiiling kong sagot

"Don't force yourself to think that much just relax lang siguro napagod ka lang kakasama sa asawa mo" Sagot nya

"Baka nga po" Natatawang sagot ko

"Iha you're awake may masakit ba sayo how do you feel?!" Nag aalalang tanong ni dad

"I'm fine dad don't worry" Natatawang sagot ko "Thank you for taking care of me dad" I hugged him
