"baby, have you found anything?" sunghoon asked, ruffling her hair lightly before placing a kiss on her forehead
"nothing, n o t h i n g. there's nothing i like. it's either too fancy or too plain" chaeyoung pouted and let out a frustated sigh. it's been hours since they've been looking for maternity clothes and chaeyoung doesn't like anything
"i told you we have enough money to get them made how you want—" she placed a finger on his lips to shut him and shook her head "buying them from shops will literally cost you three quarters less than that! what's even the point of calling someone to make them?"
"i mean, we're at gucci right now though"
"by the way, i have your iced tea" sunghoon handed her the drink she asked him before, smiling cheekly
"thanks hoon," she tip-toed and kissed his cheek "you're the best husband ever" the girl smiled and happly sipped on her iced tea
"don't you feel cold while drinking iced tea in december?" she shook her head innocently, going through the clothes whilst bopping her head from side to side lightly
"the baby wants what he wants" he chuckled, finding her somehow cute "just don't drink too much or you'll have to go to the bathroom again"
the past four years sunghoon kept his promise : of being a better boyfriend than his past self. he was always ready to do anything for her and always treated her right. and when he became her husband, he only became better than how he already was
now that she was five months pregnant, she couldn't ask for someone better and sweeter
over the years, she learned to forget him and understood he changed for the better. even if it took a whole year for them to get back together, the time was worth it
"aish i seriously can't find anything i like! i guess i'll just listen to you" she sighed, brushing her hair backward to remove them from her face "can we go look at baby clothes now? let's buy some please~" the girl pleaded him whilst giving him her puppy eyes as she knows he can't resist them
"fine, but just do not buy the whole store" she smiled happly, giving him a peck on the lips "thank you hoonie, i love you~"

aaaand we reached the end of this story :( i'll miss writing about sunghoon and chaeyoung but i have a small suprise after this so stay tuned :))
