Isabelle's POV
I was getting really lonely since my last break up.I decided I was old enough to adopt a kid.I called the orphanage nearby and made an appointment to meet with some of the kids and maybe adopt one.I looked down and saw my dog Jennings staring at me.Ok ok I'll go to bed.I said to him.I stood up and walked up the stairs to my bedroom.Jennings followed me and hopped in bed with me when I got in bed.I scrolled through Instagram for a while before deciding to go to bed since I scheduled the appointment for like 11:00 which in my mind was way to get early but eh.I put my phone on the wireless charger and laid down.Jennings walked up to my pillow and laid down with is head on my lap.I fell asleep soon afterwards.
Alyssa's POV
I laid on my bed in the orphanage looking at the ceiling.I heard the door open and soon saw my roommate.To say that we didn't get along was an understatement.We Hated each other.I looked over at her and then looked back at the ceiling.I heard her walk over to my bed.I rolled over to face my wall and she grabbed my shoulder and roughly forced me to face her.When you know I'm looking at you you look back at me! Do I make myself clear?! She screamed at me.I nodded nervously.She slammed my shoulders into the wall my bed was against and walked over her side of the room.I quietly whimpered and laid down under the thin itchy wool blanket the orphanage gave us and fell asleep.
