Chapter 13: HE'S SO ANNOYING! (PART 1!)
Gretch's POV
You know the word ANNOYING? Yeah spell it R-O-B-I.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I'm so mad at myself? Wanna know why? I just made a bet with that Domingo Boy, and unfortunately, I lose. I'm so stupid! Now, he's acting like my body guard etc. He's always there at my practice, well, I can't focus. Shoot! I'm so irritated. I guess this must be a lesson learned. Don't make a promise when you're happy and don't make a decision when you're mad. Well we're here at the MOA ARENA, why? Cause duh! It's FINAL FOUR of the UAAP WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT! Guess what, we're on the 2nd place and we have a twice-to-beat advantage, but we should not let our guard off. Adamson is our contra fellow school. If you think it's La Salle? Big NO. Well La Salle and Ateneo are ARCH RIVALS, in all sports; basketball, volleyball, tennis etc. and in academics. But Adamson is our contra fellow, cause they symbolizes FALCONS and we symbolizes EAGLES, and our school have the same representing color (BLUE AND WHITE, THEY'RE JUST DIFFERENT ON THE SHADE OF BLUE, I THINK ADAMSON GETS A LIGHTER SHADE OF BLUE, AND DARKER SHADE- ATENEO) and it's a battle between our COVERAGE and FLOOR DEFENSE. Sabi nga nila palagi "MAS MALAKI ANG IBON NAMIN KESA SA INYO" haha, don't get us wrong huh, we're talking about birds (Falcons and Eagles) and I must say that eagle is much more bigger and stronger than a falcon PLEASE DON'T GET ME WRONG HUH. Anyway and anyhow, second game kami, or the main game, yeah La Salle VS. NU on the first match, and I guess, La Salle will take over it from the NU. La Salle is a team that can really make the most out of their game, same as Ateneo but we just lacked on AGILITY and HEART OF A CHAMPION, but we can improve it naman right? La Salle and Ateneo is really different schools, but it's just a matter of school pride, but yeah we're not really enemies, I've got to know many La Salle players like Melissa Gohing, Aby Maraño, Cha Cruz, Jeron Teng, Arnold Van Opstal (PHOTOSHOOT FOR SHABBY) etc and I'm proud to say that their my friends though, they're from La Salle.
So back on my thoughts again, we're here at MOA Arena, locker room to be specific, and no matter what happened in this game, win or lose, it's still a privilege for us to be here at final four. So NU is down 2 sets to nothing and La Salle on the other side are at their MATCHPOINT (1 point is just needed to close their game, usually happen when you're up 2 sets and you score 24, you can't be at match point when you don't have 2 sets) and their an service ace closes their match. Wews.
Dzi Gervacio's POV
Do I need to introduce myself? Geh na nga! Hi! I'm Angeline Marie "Dzi" Gervacio, wearing jersey number 6 and their present captain ball. I know Gretch is not on herself today, I don't know, diba dapat she'll use Robi to be an inspiration? But what am I seeing right now Robi is now Gretch Achilles' heel, why? Cause many fans of La Salle is bashing her, na she's easy to get etc. Psh. I want to smash the ball right in their face! I can see that Gretch is really affected, and well I guess "you can't please everybody" but the fans just love her so much and there, their shouting "WE LOVE YOU GRETCHEN!" and "GO HO!" and they're booing the La Salle and NU fans who started that commotion and issue. Tsk. But I can really sense that she's pressured, that she's affected. The buzzer's buzz means clear out.
"ERM-EHEM! EHEM!" —Someone says on the microphone of the announcer makes his voice to hear all over the coliseum.
"UHM, I KNOW THIS IS ILLEGAL, BUT YEAH, I'M ROBI DOMINGO PO AND I JUST WANT TO CLEAR SOME THINGS" —Robi stated? Robi? What the hell?
And just by that the CROWD GOES WILD!
"FIRST OF ALL, GRETCH IS NOT EASY TO GET, FLIRT. I'M THE ONE WHO LIED. THAT WE HAVE A BOYFRIEND-GIRLFRIEND RELATIONSHIP." —Robi stated. Dapat lang nuh! We might lose because of him.
And just by that, the loud commotion turns to gasps.
"BUT PLEASE PO, DON'T GET ME WRONG, SHE'S MY LONG TIME CRUSH, AND WHEN 'THAT' OPPORTUNITY HAPPENED, I JUST CAN'T HELP MYSELF BUT TO LIE, I JUST WANT TO HAVE A REVENGE, BUT I DIDN'T KNOW THAT, THAT REVENGE WOULD JUST MADE ME FALL EVEN HARDER ON HER. AND YEAH I'M COURTING HER, AND I'LL MAKE SURE, THAT SOONER OR LATER SHE'LL BE MINE" —Robi stated, this time, nakikita na siya, pinakita na sya sa malaking screen haha XD.
And just by that the CROWD GOES WILD AGAIN. They keep on shouting "YIEEEH KILIG! ROBICHEN!", "MY GAD! GRETCH IS SO SWERTE" and so forth.
"LAST NA PO. HEY GRETCH! WIN THIS MATCH FOR ME HUH! BE SURE THAT YOU'RE GOING TO WIPE THEM ALL, LOVE YOU :*" —Robi stated, he's so lande huh! Make sure Robi, that you're not going to hurt Gretch again or else, I'm going to state the truth to her.
