Memories of what Once was ((Twisted wonderland))

If I'm Being honest the Test's weren't so bad. He started with Taking my Blood first. I was given a Juice after and had to wait what felt like a long time before I was taken to a room where I had to do a Physical Exam.

From what I could understand they were wanting to see if having so much Blot in my system effected me in anyway. It however didn't. I was just as out of shape as I had been when I really was 14 years old. As ashamed as I was to admit it. I could barely last 3 Minutes running full speed on that stupid Treadmill. And even then I was counting the seconds till I could get off. After I got off my Neck Meter sounded once again.

Heart Rate 93
Blood Pressure 120 over 90
Victim Stable

Dr. Shroud nodded and taped on his Tablet. He took another blood sample after that and then I was allowed to head back to my room. Once inside Berry didn't leave my side. I pet him gently and laid down on the slightly hard bed. 

Now that the tests were over it was a bit Boring just sitting here. I looked out my window and passing Guards. Some Nurses and Doctors were in other "Victim's" Rooms. Some were getting blood drawn, Some where having their heart rate checked. But all of them looked Dead when you looked in their eyes. I frowned as I watched them. 

I saw petting Berry as I people watched. I saw many of them have to be restrained. I wonder if this is what Leona was doing while he was in here? Attacking the Nurses and Doctors. I saw people pass me and glance my way. I gave them a small smile when they did. I had no reason to be hustle to them. They were only doing their jobs.

I will admit though. This feels very lonely. It reminds me alot of my hospital stays when I first started showing I was sick. It started about 3 years after I returned to the Earth. I had been coughing alot and one day I saw Blood in my tissue. I didn't think anything of it. Months passed and one day I was talking with An editor when I started coughing. The next thing I remember I was in the Hospital with Wires all around me.

They didn't know what was wrong with me. They gave me plenty of Diagnosis. Even going as far as to try Cancer treatment. But nothing helped. Infact some just made it worse. Finally I just stopped going to my Treatments. I found if I looked on the bright side of things and smiled I was ok day to day. Some days better then others. I was thankful I had a job where I didn't have to leave my home often.

But those days in the Hospital were hard. People would wake you at odd hours of the day to take your blood. You were constantly watched. Because everyone of my Family had passed already no one would visit. It was a lonely feeling... I felt the Nibble on my hand and smiled. Atleast this time I wasn't alone. I have Berry with me. I brought him up to my face and touched his nose to mine.

'Such a good little Hedgehog. Aren't you Berry" I said gently. He twitched his little nose. I set him on my bed and put down his food in his little Bowl. Then went back to my People watching. I saw there were Quite a few people here. Some Beastmen, Some Human, Some entirely different. But all of us were the same. Blot cases that were trying to be Cured. 

Idia and Ortho passed my window. Ortho gave me a little wave. I waved back with a small smile. Atleast he was still the same... Infact Ortho hadn't really changed much sense the last I saw him. Except for some new upgrades his Personality was pretty much the same. After they were gone I put my hand down and sighed. 

Closing my eyes and I leaned back onto the bed. Maybe I'll just take a small nap.

Blot level 98!

I jumped awake looking around. What was going on!? I sat up and touched my Collar. then looked up at my Number. I was 548... This was on my Level! Looking out my Window I felt my self grow cold. Outside was an Overblot situation. A boy maybe 15 was screaming. I watched the Blot cover his body. I felt his screams shake my core. Looking I saw Berry hiding under my bed. I grabbed my Sweater and put it on top of him.
