New Girl

Marcy's POV:

"Ok! well, that sums up the practice, ok, so go to today's folder, Geometry 2 Unit 3 and do the assignment, work on that then do the quiz, it's a major grade and this period hasn't been doing good.... after you're done, work on make up work, remember to use your notes"

......and I'm bored, I went ahead and did the assignment which wasn't hard and it was mainly just pushing buttons and getting answers, plus the quiz was for sure a 100

Geometry wasn't so hard so I got through the things pretty smoothly

I layed my head down playing with my stylist bored and with nothing to do, I scanned through what I've done through the day and found nothing that would be interesting to draw

"Sasha, why are you late?"

There was a student walking in late and Interrupted class, the teacher made sure to announce their presence...as loudly as they could

"Uh, I got distracted and lost track at time"

Turns out it was the blonde from the locker room, she walked down the isle and sat to the desk to my left and dropped her bag, she slumped down and blew a piece of hair out of her face fixing her hair

"Hmph, distracted huh? Sasha this is the 3rd time you've 'lost track of time' this week, it's only Tuesday."

"Hey, I'm a busy person, what can I say? I have a tight schedule"

"It'll be even tighter if you miss one more class, you have Alot of tardy's and that's going to cost you detention"

She shrugged and rolled her eyes clearly not giving a damn and I couldn't tell if I cared or was just really bored

She grabbed some gum and took a piece out, she noticed me and offered me a piece without saying anything and I took one, I silently gestured thanks and she smiled a bit

"-and you're failing my class, you have to get these zeros up Sasha, your going to fail and have to go to summer school and Night school or you'll fail Highschool"

Her gaze hardened a bit and she rolled her eyes again, she was clearly annoyed and most likely heard this lecture about 100 times already

"Hey, your attitude is going to get you no where, That's reality Sasha, face it, what i said is the truth, unless you work to get these grades up"

I saw her mock the teacher and heard a small snort, The teacher dropped the subject and sat at her desk irritated, The blonde "Sasha" looked at me again and smirked making fun of the teacher making me slightly smile a bit, what's up with this girl..

It was quiet the rest of class till the bell rang, I got up and grabbed my stuff and Sasha headed the same way, we headed out the door and down the hallway in the crowd of kids

I was debating whether or not I should say something cause she stuck by me the whole way while walking, she didn't change her speed and met up with mine

She didn't seem bothered by me as I walked by her but I found it weird why she stuck with me, we clearly headed the same direction tho so I guess that's why

I rolled my eyes and just went for talking to her, I mean she seemed pretty chill and didn't seem that bad of a person, I usually dont care what people do but I found her interesting

"...hey, Thanks again for the water earlier, You didn't have to do that but Thanks"

I spoke loud enough where she could hear but got closer in case she couldn't, looking at her she was rlly pretty from my angle, like a new kid of pretty where you heart decided to jump a hurdle

"oh, No problem, i thought you needed it after having to deal with coach, she always pushes the girls hard, even on free days"

I nodded my head and looked forward, Not knowing if I should keep the conversation going to just let it drop there, I looked at my surroundings to not make things awkward

"...I'm Sasha by the way"

"Oh cool, I'm Marcy"

I saw her smile and my face heated up, i got to my 6th period and turns out i have 5th and 6th period with Sasha, the morning classes she may skip so I don't know if I have any with her but we'll see

The day was pretty ok, Though Sasha kept circling my mind every few minutes but other than that it was pretty alright, I did the work and was introduced in every class, the teachers were...ok, some I liked and few were...just ok

The system here is different from my other school, They don't have a D lunch and use that time for advisory so technically I have 8 periods

The kids here haven't given me problems so far and hopefully not for the rest of the year, at least the semester cause I don't want mother being called up to the school cause a kid started something

The school is around the same size as my other school but has a full second floor, the principal is nicer too, he is actually liked in this school unlike my other school, everyone hated the teachers and principal for being asses

The sports teams look good also, I'm going to join Basketball and checked with the coach before I left, It's too bad they don't have a girls Baseball team cause I would totally join, I'm not much for softball but it's a respectable sport

I played back in Chicago but had to quit 8th grade cause of an injury to my knee, It still has its moments but for the most part it's pretty much healed

The neighborhood is nice and there's lots of nature in it, the streets are pretty and full of life, Autumn really suits the place and the cold weather makes it more enjoyable

I think I'm going to like this place, hopefully better than Chicago, I'm not saying that Chicago is bad but I just wasn't fit for it, not like LA is any different but hopefully this little town changes my mind
