Its a Friday night and I have nothing to do, so I invited my best friend, Riley, to come over and hangout.

"Knock knock!" Riley exclaims as she walks into the house with boba.

"Hey!" I reply setting down my phone down on the table in front of me.

She sets her bag down on the ground by the door as she locks it.

Soon after she walks over and places our boba on the table and sits next to me.

"Riley, look at this guy! I've been watching his videos for a while. He is so fine." I tell her as I show her my phone.

"That's him?" She replies turning bright red.

"Oh yeah and look! he's live on instagram" I taunt pressing the notification.

The live pops up on my screen showing him in a black tank top.

"Say something." Riley says kinda annoyed.

"Uhh okay." I secretly press 'ask to join live'. I fix my hair quickly as he talks in his deep voice.

"Okay we're getting a request for Emilia Anderson to join the live, why not" he says as he presses a button on his phone, inviting Emilia and Riley onto the live.

"Hi!" I say setting the phone up so he can see both of us.

"Hi, im Jacob" he said smiling.

"Im Emilia as you know and this is my best friend Riley" I said smiling back.

Riley turns bright red and leans out of the camera.

"Uhh soooo lets do some q&a?" He asks me.

"Sounds great!" I reply and then all the questions come flooding in.

"You go first" Jacob says slightly blushing which makes me blush too.

"Uh okay. One question is 'Are you famous?' I actually am not but I have a TikTok. Its the same as my insta username." I say smiling as I get tons of notifications from TikTok.

"Okay uhh. 'Are you guys dating' no we are not, we just met" he chuckles.

Me and Jacob stayed on the live for 2 hours and Riley slept the whole time.

"Okay guys I think we're gonna go" he says smiling and looking at the chat.

"Bye love you guys" we both said at the same time and blushed as he ended the live.

I shut off my phone and turned to Riley.

"Rileyyyy" I called as I shook her.

"W-what?" She answered back half asleep.

"Wanna watch a movie?" I asked as the tv turns on.

"Oh yeah" Riley replies holding up the remote.

TIME SKIP

Riley picked Frozen, one of my favorite movies.

During the movie my phone vibrated.

I looked at it.

'Jacob Day sent you a message!'

The notification said.

'Hey! I had a fun time today and I was wondering where you lived, so we can maybe meet in the future'

I smiled and typed back.

'I live in LA' I sent.

'Same!' He typed back quickly.

Riley looked over at me.

"Emilia, can you put the phone down?" She asks sounding annoyed.

"One second, I'm texting Jacob" I replied with my eyes glued on the phone typing.

'Can I get your phone number bc I hate texting on insta lol' he typed.

'Yeah sure. Its __________' I replied.

We continued our conversation throughout the whole movie.

After the movie ended Riley seemed upset.

I looked up from my phone.

"You okay?" I asked in a concerned tone.

"I came over to hangout, not to watch you flirt with a guy you dont even know over text" She said crossing her arms.

"You didn't even drink your boba" She said getting up and putting it into the trash.

"I-Im sorry, I wanted to ask if you wanted to come with me to go see him tomorrow but it's okay if you dont, I see where you're coming from." I said feeling terrible.

"Well if I dont go then you might get kidnapped so I'll go" she said sarcastically but meaning it.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I got up quickly and hugged her.
