Eventually he moves on 1 year later, because he knew thats what his s/o would have wanted him to do .

This man is a hold crybaby when it came to his s/o dying. He cried day after day just thinking about how he would absolutely be nothing without you in his everyday.
He quickly became so depressed at the fact that you where gone so Sikorsky started making dolls that resembled you in everyway to help him cope over the loss of you.

Hanayama : Hanyama would just grieve silently from the loss of you. He will bring anything that you might have liked and place it at the foot of your grave.

Baki: When he first heard from his best friend Kozue that you passed away today, he was so devastated and after a while your death started taking affect on his mental heath.
He over time be learned finally move on with the help of kozue persuading and encouraging him.
Even thought he moved on he still had some pictures in his phone to keep you close beside him, to remind him that you never left his side .

Retsu: Even though he might not show himself physically grieving in front of everyone , retsu would grieve differently without others around by doing hard-core training to relieve himself and to help him move on .
