So this is a recipe that I helped my mom develop for a website she was working on, we love this recipe, and it's pretty simple
Ingredients
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup (grade B if possible)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Salmon
Garlic, slicedMix everything together then spread on the salmon, lay on that the garlic, to cook lay 2 long pieces of tin foil on the cooking tray, one going sideways and the other going from top to bottom, make sure there is plenty of extra. on top put baking paper, on that gos the fish, on top of the fish put another piece of baking paper and then you wrap the fish with the access tin foil, so that the fish is fully covered.
Cook for 15-20 minutes on 200c or until the fish flacks easily
