Enemies to lovers

A/N: Hey guys!!! Welcome to the first oneshot of this story! I hope you all enjoy it!

This will not be my best quality, I'm half asleep right now so things may not make sense. I'll probably edit this later.

The truce has been set in stone for quite some time now. No creation, no destruction. The multiverse would be balanced.

Since the truce, Error and Ink have tried to mend their past rivalry. Although, it obviously wouldn't happen immediately. Error needs time to mentally and physically heal from the violence he suffered. Ink needs to allow him that time.

Inks efforts of being friends with the former destroyer seem to be working. Even if it's just a little bit at a time.

When ink found out about the balance, he felt horrible. He wanted to do whatever he could to make things up to Error. For all the times he ignored him, all the times he hurt him...

He wanted a new start. However, he didn't expect Error to completely forget what Ink did to him, a second chance is all he asks.

Thankfully, error showed some grace. He allowed ink a second chance. He couldn't forgive him now, and he may even never forgive him. But that doesn't mean he won't at least let him have a fresh start. Ine where they don't have to be at eachother threats.

Ink has been making efforts to try and get to know Error. Not the vicious, merciless destroyer that everyone was meant to fear. The REAL Error. The kind, caring, sweet Error.

Ink was truly suprised when Error started to come out of his shell. He didn't expect someone like error to be so pleasant.

Everyday, ink waits in the Anti - Void for Error to return from Nightmares castle. He goes there everyday, they're basically his family. Ink admires how close they all are. Their bond is unbreakable.

As time continued, ink noticed himself wanting to be around the glitch more often. He always wanted to be near him. At first he didn't know why, but he knows now.

He likes Error.

Error was the last person he ever could see himself with, but now, the idea of the two of them together makes him blush.

Error opened a portal to his void, only to be met with Ink. A small smile made it's way to errors face. His company wasn't too bad. He wasn't all that annoying afterall. I guess ink could say the same for him though.

Error stepped through and closed the portal behind him. He sat on the floor next to Ink and smiled.

"Hey ink!" Error gave a little wave.

Ink blushed a pastel rainbow, he stuttered over his words.

"O-oh! U-uh hi!! Hehe..." ink replies nervously.

Error gives a small laugh.

"Are you alright? You seem flustered."

Error was much calmer when he didn't have the stress of the balance on his shoulders.

Ink nodded slowly. Maybe he should just tell him? But would that ruin their friendship? They've come so far, would he really want to ruin all their progress because of his stupid feelings?

Maybe so.

Error gave ink a skeptical look. He dosen't buy it.

Neither of them may know it yet, but they both feel the same way about eachother. They both have a massive crush on one another. It's a matter of who will be willing to admit it first.

Ink cleared his throat and took a breath. He was going to do it.

"Hey Error...can I..tell you something?" Ink asks nervously.

Error nods and motions him to go on.

"I, uhm...I want to tell you that..I have... feelings for you.." Ink blushed a bright rainbow and avoided eye contact.

Error blushed a bright yellow. He smiled brightly and hugged ink tightly.

"I like you too..." Error said quietly. He was screaming with joy inside. He was quite a cheerful person when you got to know him.

Ink smiled and hugged the other back.

They separated from the hug, both were a giddy and blushing mess.

Ink put a hand on errors cheek, causing errors blush to glow brighter. Ink leaned down and kissed Error. Error leaned into the kiss.

Nothing could describe how they felt, but they loved it. They loved eachother.

It's strange how two.people could go from hating eachother guts, to being madly in love with eachother.

The multiverse worked in strange ways.
