CHAPTER 1 (~A bad Idea~)

Oh hello! I'm Myra, and well you're here to hear scary stories right? Okay, so you think this is gonna be some boring scary story that's made up? Nahhh, this is a truly scary story and you wanna know how I know it's true? I was there. Okay, so imma start the story now, So I was with my two best friends named Naya and Lea so it was

4 days until Halloween and we had nothing to do since THE PANDEMIC with coronavirus. So every day after school we'll meet up to help each other with homework then think about what we're gonna do on that day. Lea said " We can go to a scary haunted house " Naya and I said "no We did that last year" We both sighed and then the next day, 3 DAYS TILL HALLOWEEN. So it was the next day and we still had nothing and then I suggested: "Let's go egg and toilet somebody's house!" Naya and Lea's eyes got wide and said " No!" Then Lea said again " We don't wanna go to jail! We're only like 13!!" We kept thinking and nothing came to mind. Once you see our mom called to come home I said "bye" to the girls and went home. 2 MORE DAYS TILL HALLOWEEN. After school, YOU KNOW WHAT WE DID! We met up and then kept thinking about what we could do for Halloween. We kept thinking about what we could do but we kept denying. But then Lea came out with the best IDEA EVER! She said "Let's GO VISIT ANNABELLE," and Naya and I said " YES!" then, "no..." The only reason we said no was because we didn't know where she was placed. All that is that she was in this clear box in a basement. Then, Lea looked her up and we saw on maps that she was 1 hour and a half away from New York,she was placed in Connecticut. So we got so excited but then we thought who could drive us there. I thought about my mother but she won't because she hates the movie Annabelle and she's going out. Then Lea thought about her father but then said no because he has worked all the time, Then Naya said "Let's ask my brother he loves Halloween and I already know he has no plans".    Lea and I said, " yes that's a good idea". ONE MORE DAY TILL HALLOWEEN. Today I and Lea went to Naya's house with our book bags full of clothes chargers, water, our phones, and OF COURSE a cross, so when my mother drove us there to Nayas house we asked her if we can go meet Annabelle she said " sure, since you guys love Halloween so much", we both squealed and once we knew it we were outside her house. I kissed my mother on the cheek and told her I loved her and left, and then Lea said " Good Bye Mrs.Garcia'' to my mother, and then she waved. We went inside and then We saw Naya with a big smile on her face running downstairs and then yelled '' JONAS SAID YES!!!!!" Btw Jonas is her brother. We all just started dancing and then ran upstairs to Jonas's room and made a plan how we're going to get there. We made a plan to get there on the road at 7pm and reach there at 8:30pm and Jonas packed his bag we put all out bags in the car, and got another bag with a lot of food. Once we know it was 6:45 and we got in the car. Afterwards, we were in the car for 20 minutes. Lea came out of nowhere and said, "Wait, isn't your brother 15?"-- Me and Naya looked at each other wide eyes-

Naya said, "Holy fuck- I forgot about his age, he looks older anyways~  just hope we don't get caught." Lea said "what the heck-"

I said, "we're going to fuck' die," Then we prayed with the cross. Jonas looked back laughing saying "yall are so dramatic i swear". 13 MINUTES LATER..

Jonas has said, "Are you guys okay now?" Naya said, " mhm.." I have said, "I guess" .

Lea said later, "It's been 33 minutes since we've been in the car ARE WE THERE YET?!" I thought to myself, omg are we really there yet?.. I'm getting scared..will i get hurt? Will my mom be okay? Do I have my cross with me?.. I started to panic inside. I actually decided to get some sleep while Naya is trying to make Lea & Jonas stop arguing. 8 minutes later.. Naya woke me up.. I was lost and when I woke up I looked at Lea from the front seat saying.."LOOK AT THE WINDOW!!" As I tried to process what she was saying afterwards I looked outside.. Couldn't believe what I had seen. We were actually here.
