The Serial Killer's Second Chance

Chapter 1

Narrator's Pov.

There are nine student council members, and they're all in their second year in college. Two girls and seven boys. They have done everything in their power to make college fun for the students while keeping them all under control, except for a few of them that are really rebellion against the rules. One of them are actually a member of the school council. They attend to pick fights with a certain rainbow eye student.

Shinobu, Mitsuri, Rengoku, Uzui, Sanemi, Muichiro, Gyomei, Giyu, and Obanai are all sited around the table inside the student council office. Principal Oyakata is standing in front of them, ready to give them a shocking news that will change their lives forever and will no longer be able to go back to their old daily routines...well, for some of them anyways.

"What is it that you need to inform us, Principal Oyakata?" Rengoku begins the conversation with a smile that will soon disappear.

"I've come to inform you girls that you will be expecting a new transfer student," Principal Oyakata responds.

"What's so great about a new transfer student, Principal Oyakata? We get them all the time," Sanemi huffs.

"True, but this one is very different than all the ones that you have encounter during your time here," Principal Oyakata reveals. ".... So different that you will need to keep an eye on them. They have been giving a second chance to start all over and change their ways."

"You're talking as if you're bringing in a criminal to this college," Shinobu frowns.

"That is exactly what they are," Principal Oyakata confirms it.

"......Whaaaat?!?! You can't be serious!!!" every one of them exclaim in shock/anger.

"I'm sorry, but I'm deadly serious. The government wants this serial killer to enter college and prove themselves that they can change their ways by graduating here without killing anyone," Principal Oyakata explains.

"How can they be so sure that this serial killer will change their ways? For all we know, they will try to kill one of us when we aren't paying attention," Uzui questions him.

"To put your fear at ease, the government have placed an electric collar around their neck to shock them if they tried to kill someone or to alert them if they tried to make a run for it. They're only allowed to go to college and back to their temporary home," Principal Oyakata informs her.

"Alright, we're safe from being killed, but what year are they're going to be in?" Mitsuri quizzes.

"They're going to be in the same year as you girls, due to being in the same ages as you, Principal Oyakata calmly answers.

"Is there anything that we need to know before meeting this serial killer?" Gyomei presses.

"From what I've read in their file, they hate pranks and needles with a burning passion. One wrong prank puts them on edge to kill that person brutally. It's the same thing that goes for needles. Bring one of them near them, and they'll go berserk," Principal Oyakata reveals. Most of them have their eyes widen at the warning.

"Note to self, make sure no students pull a prank on the serial killer or hold needles around them," Giyu replies.

"......." Muichiro has no words to explain her unknown feelings towards this serial killer.

"....is there anything that they like and will feel at ease?" Obanai hesitates to ask.

"I'm sorry, but I don't know. It doesn't really say in their file what they like to do when they aren't on a rampage," Principal Oyakata apologizes. "They didn't even give me the crimes that they did or showed me what they look like."
