Charlie's pov
My name is charlie I am 23 years old and now a wwe superstar and have the most amazing sweetest boyfriend ever dominik mysterio, but there's just one thing I haven't told him about my past and I hope I never have to yet, when I was born I got this power called pyrocanesis I can set anything and anyone on fire but I haven't used it for years.
Cause of how much trouble it caused me in the past I lost control of it and it was horrible so I vowed to never ever use my power again, well that vow and promise to myself unfortunately got broken one night on monday night raw it happened when the miz was fueding with rey and dominik.
*Monday night raw*
"So if you say one more thing about my father or my girlfriend I swear to god I will show you-" dom says as the miz stops him mid sentence "show me what show me what, your gonna put me in another handicap match no not this time" the miz says ss he starts going on and on about how him and his new tag team partner are gonna beat them and wrestlemainia, he announces his new tag team partner as logan paul but he forgot to mention its gonna be a triple tag team match so he gets maryse involved.
"If this jackass and your bitch of a wife is gonna be your partners at wrestlemainia" I stop looking dom nodding "we accept" me and dominik say at the same time as he looks at logan and I look at maryse, then out of nowhere miz and logan start attacking rey and dominik I try to stop them but maryse holds me back laughing I turn around and start beating the hell outta her as she rolls out of the ring running away.
"Where are you going maryse?! You wanted this what's up?!" I yell as she just fully runs backstage I turn back around seeing miz amd logan give rey and dominik a skull crushing finale logans was bad he could have injured dominik, as they roll out of the ring I lean down holding dominik's face carefully as he groans "baby are you ok?" I asks as he just groans I look a rey rolling on the ground holding his shoulder and face.
And I start to feel something inside of me that I haven't felt in years, rage I look up angrily at miz and logan and slowly stand up clenching my fits as my hair starts blowing around some and the lights slightly flicker, "what's going on?" "I don't corey" cole and corey say as I concentrate on the miz clenching my fits harder I feel my nose start to bleed as i breath heavily and deeply then all of sudden he bursts into flames his whole body catching on fire.
I gasp snapping out of it my eyes widening in fear "OH MY GOD THE MIZ IS FIRE THE MIZ IS ON FIRE!!" cole yells as I see dominik and rey standing up seeing miz on fire I turn looking at them as dominik points to his nose, I touch my nose feeling the warmth as I pull back seeing my fingers covered in blood "oh god oh no, no no no no" I say in fear as I roll out of the ring sprint walking backstage "charlie wait charlie come back!!" dom and rey yell for me but I just ignore them sprinting past the miz who is now getting put out and logan.
I breath heavily continuing to sprint walk to our locker room as I look back in fear after what I just did, when my back was turned I feel maryse out of nowhere tries to attack me but when she touches me her hands catch on fire she screams trying to put her hands out, as I gasp running away and I don't stop till I reach our locker room when I get there I slam the door shut locking it as I pace around the room back and forth "this isn't happening this isn't happening" I say running my fingers through my hair breathing heavily.
I look around seeing things start to smoke around me "no no, just back off back off" I say looking at the things that are smoking but then they started to bubble and heat up as I growl stomping "BACK OFF!!" I shout as the bubbly stops and the smoke clears out and goes away, I try to calm my breathing down as I slide down the door till my butt hits the floor "what did I do what did I do?" I ask myself still trying to comprehend what just happened out there.
This is bad really really bad I haven't used my power in years, I just got so angry and I lost control and I couldn't stop it or help it slowly rock back and forth as a knock on door makes me jump a little and gasp, "charlie baby it's us open the door" dominik says softly as I shake my head starting cry "g-go away just go away" I say laying my head on my arms as I cry even harder "I just want to know your ok, please open the door" I can hear the pain in his voice as I stand up opening the door as I hug him immediately.
"Shh shhh it's ok" he's says as I continue to cry and rey pats my shoulder and dominik rubs my back "im sorry I ran off I- I couldn't control it" I say then my eyes widening realizing what I just said, "couldn't control what?" he asks pulling away from the hug as I sigh running my fingers through his hair "it's long story I don't want to talk about it right now" I say still crying as he nods pulling me back into as hug as I listen to the beat of his heart I smile cause it's a sound I've grown to love.
"You don't have to tell me right now, but next week will you tell what you mean by that?" he asks as I just nod my head I feel him kiss the top of my head "ok baby, what do you say we get out of here it's been a long night" he says walking in to the locker room get our stuff.
